Truck, trailer and commercial vehicle dealers · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a buyer finds when he searches for a tipper, a trailer or a used truck.

SEO for a commercial vehicle dealer makes your model pages, used-stock pages and body-building pages show up when transporters search by payload, make and city. GullySales builds a page for each vehicle and each need, and records which searches lead to a call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For truck, trailer and commercial vehicle dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by payload and body, not by brand”

A transporter types 'tipper 10 wheeler price' or 'used 14 foot truck', and a site with one page called Products answers neither.

  • “A sold vehicle is still on the page”

Used trucks are listed once and never taken down, so the buyer calls about a vehicle that went last month and loses faith in the rest of the stock.

  • “The OEM site takes the brand searches”

A search for the make leads to the manufacturer's own pages, so your dealership has to win on city, stock and service, which the OEM cannot show.

What we do

What we deliver for truck, trailer and commercial vehicle dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per model and body type

Payload, gross vehicle weight, wheelbase, body options, the finance steps and a price range, with a message button.

Result: A search for a specific tipper or trailer reaches a page about exactly that.

  2. A used stock section that keeps itself clean

One page per vehicle with registration year, odometer, tyre condition, owner count and location, and a rule to mark it sold the day it goes.

Result: Buyers see only vehicles you can still show them.

  3. Pages for each city and district you serve

Separate pages for the districts around the showroom and the transport hubs your buyers come from, each with its own address and map.

Result: A buyer two districts away learns you will deliver and service there.

  4. Answers to the questions buyers type

Short pages on how to choose a tipper body, what a National Permit means, what papers a first-time buyer needs, and how a trade-in is valued.

Result: A buyer in the comparing stage finds you before he picks a shortlist.

  5. Tracking from search to registration

Calls, WhatsApp clicks and form fills are tagged by page, then matched to the register so a registration can be traced to a search.

Result: You know which pages bring buyers who actually register.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a transporter or owner-driver types when he is looking for a vehicle, and the page that answers it.

tipper 10 wheeler price in [your city]
A model page. Show the payload, the body options and a price range with a note on what changes the final figure, plus a button to message the salesman.
used truck for sale near me
A used stock page. List each vehicle with registration year, odometer reading, tyre state, the number of owners and clear photographs, so a buyer can judge it from the phone.
truck finance for first time buyer
A finance page. List the papers a first-time operator is asked for, who in your office collects them, and what usually delays a file, without promising an approval.
trailer dealer for container carrying
A trailer page. State the axle layout, the load rating, the chassis it suits and the districts you deliver to, so a fleet owner can compare it with a quote in hand.
[make] service centre [your city]
A service page. Give the address, the working hours, the workshop phone and the models you service, as your own listing and not the OEM's, so owners find the right place.
tanker or tipper body builder near me
A body-building page. Show finished bodies with photographs, the chassis they were built on, and how a buyer sends his chassis details to get a quote.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can a dealer rank above the manufacturer's own website?
For the brand name alone, rarely. For a model in your city, the price range, your stock and your service centre, yes, because the manufacturer's site cannot answer those. Write for the local buyer.
Do I need a separate page for every used truck?
Yes, while it is in stock. A page with its own photographs, registration year, odometer reading and a message button gives a buyer something to share with his partner. Mark it sold or remove it when it goes.
Should the site be in Hindi or the local language too?
If your buyers search in it, yes. Many owner-drivers search and watch videos in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil or Telugu. Start with the pages for your top models and your finance steps.
Will blogs about truck maintenance bring buyers?
Seldom, on their own. A short page on running cost per kilometre for a model or on a tipper body choice brings buyers who are comparing. A general maintenance blog brings drivers, not purchasers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
