Truck, trailer and commercial vehicle dealers · Website

A website a transporter can read on a small phone in a loading yard.

A website for a commercial vehicle dealer shows your models, your used stock, your finance steps and your service centre so a buyer can decide whether to call. GullySales builds it light and fast on a phone, with a message button on every vehicle and a counter for calls.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For truck, trailer and commercial vehicle dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Heavy pages on a weak mobile connection”

Large banners and a slow stock page lose the buyer who is on a patchy network at a loading point.

  • “The site shows brochures, not stock”

The home page repeats the manufacturer's pictures and says nothing about the vehicles in your yard this week.

  • “No way to ask in his own language”

A buyer who is comfortable in Hindi, Marathi or Tamil finds an English-only page and a form, and calls the dealer who answers in his language.

What we do

What we deliver for truck, trailer and commercial vehicle dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A model and stock structure

Pages for each vehicle class, each model, each body type and each used vehicle, with a clear route from the home page to each.

Result: A buyer finds his vehicle in two taps.

  2. A fast mobile layout

Compressed photographs, a sticky call and WhatsApp button and a simple enquiry form that asks only what the salesman needs.

Result: A buyer on a slow connection can still ring you.

  3. A used vehicle gallery with papers

Photographs of the chassis, cabin, tyres and odometer, the registration year and the number of owners, with a note on the papers.

Result: A buyer can judge the vehicle before the visit.

  4. A finance and papers page

The documents a first-time buyer and a fleet owner usually need, and the steps from booking to delivery.

Result: Buyers arrive with the right papers.

  5. Service and spares pages

The workshop address, working hours, the models you service and a number to book, separate from the sales line.

Result: Service customers find the right place and the right person.

  6. Call and form tracking

A call counter on the number and a record of which page sent the enquiry, matched to the register.

Result: You see which pages bring buyers who register.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a truck buyer looks for on a dealer's page, and how to show it.

The exact vehicle and its use
Show the payload, the body, the engine and the gross vehicle weight on one screen, and the load and route it suits. A buyer compares these first.
Real photographs of the vehicle in your yard
Use your own pictures of the chassis, cabin and body, not only the manufacturer's. For a used vehicle, show the odometer, the tyres and the registration plate.
A price range and what changes it
Give the range and say what alters the final figure: body, accessories, the exchange value, the district's taxes. Do not leave the buyer to call just to learn the range.
Finance steps and papers
List the papers for a first-time buyer and for a fleet owner, and say who helps with the loan. Make it clear that approval is the lender's decision.
Where the yard and workshop are
Give the address, a map pin on the real gate, working hours and a number that a salesman answers. Add a photograph of the entrance from the road.
A one-tap way to ask
A call button and a WhatsApp button on every vehicle page, visible without scrolling. The form comes after, for those who prefer to write.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a marketplace listing enough instead of our own site?
A listing brings buyers in, but you do not control the page, the competitors beside you or the data. Keep both. Your own site holds your stock, your finance steps and your service centre in one place.
Should the site be in more than one language?
If your buyers read in another language, yes, starting with the model pages and the finance steps. Machine translation misses trade words, so get a person who knows trucks to check the text.
How do we keep a site fast on mobile?
Use compressed photographs, few scripts and a simple layout. Test it on an ordinary phone on mobile data, not in the office on Wi-Fi. Pages that load slowly lose the buyer before he sees the vehicle.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You should, in your name or your company's, with the login held by the dealership. Check the registrar account before work starts, and keep a copy of the files and photographs.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
