Car dealers · Content marketing

The buyer has watched every review and still cannot get a straight price.

Buyers arrive having watched the reviews, so the useful writing is what nobody publishes: the on-road break-up, this month's waiting period, how an exchange valuation is reached. GullySales writes those for your city and keeps the numbers current enough to be trusted.

A newsstand under a striped awning: three tiers of folded publications racked spine on, one title on the top tier turned to face the street, and a crate of rolled copies at the foot of the stand

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For car dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The on-road break-up is a secret for no good reason

Registration, insurance, accessories and handling charges confuse every buyer, and most dealers explain them only once the family is sitting down. Published, it brings people in already half convinced.

  • Exchange valuation is where trust is lost

Owners think the car is worth more than the evaluator says, and nobody explains how the figure was reached. A page on the checks and what moves the number prevents an argument on the floor.

  • Finance documents are a real search

What papers a salaried buyer needs, what a self-employed buyer needs, how long approval takes. That is more useful to a first-time buyer than another model comparison.

  • Electric buyers ask about charging at home, not range

How a home charger is installed, what the society has to permit, what it costs to run. Those questions decide an electric booking, and no review video answers them for your city.

What we do

What we deliver for car dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An on-road price explainer for your city

Every line of the invoice explained in plain words, with a dated example for one variant and the scheme position stated.

Result: Families arrive understanding the number.

  2. A waiting period page updated monthly

The delivery position for each model and variant at your branch, dated, with the person to call for a firm date.

Result: Buyers call you for the answer nobody prints.

  3. An exchange valuation guide

The checks an evaluator makes, what raises and lowers a figure, and the papers to keep ready before the car is seen.

Result: The valuation conversation stops becoming a fight.

  4. A car finance document checklist

The papers a salaried and a self-employed buyer each need, the approval steps and the delays that usually occur.

    Result: First-time buyers arrive prepared.

  5. An electric ownership page for local buyers

Home charger installation, what a housing society has to permit, running costs and the service intervals.

Result: Electric enquiries get the answers that decide them.

  6. The pages turned into desk tools

Short messages with links saved on every consultant's phone, sent on the first call and again after the test drive.

Result: The same explanation reaches the family twice.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for car dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We trace leads from each source through first call, test drive, booking and delivery, and check each branch profile and its reviews.

  2. 2

    Fix the first call

A response routine and ownership rule for every lead source, recorded in the dealership CRM.

  3. 3

    Follow up after the visit

Calls and WhatsApp messages planned around quotes, finance approval, exchange valuation and delivery dates.

  4. 4

    Bring buyers in

Local campaigns by model and branch, festival campaigns, workshop upgrade offers and corporate outreach.

  5. 5

    Keep the owner

Delivery follow-up, a review ask, service reminders and an upgrade offer when the car ages.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish on-road prices when schemes keep changing?
Publish the structure and date it: ex-showroom, registration, insurance and accessories, with a line saying the current scheme is confirmed on the call. Check it against the dealer advertising rules first. A dated page is trusted more than a page that hides everything.
Who writes this, the sales team or the workshop?
We write it from conversations with both, and your managers correct it. The sales manager knows the questions that stall a deal; the service manager knows what surprises people later. Neither has the time to write it.
Can a dealer run its own ads when the manufacturer controls the brand?
Yes, within the manufacturer's dealer advertising guidelines, which usually cover logos, pricing claims and approved creatives. Many brands also share co-op advertising budgets, so we plan local campaigns to fit those rules and claims.
Why do our portal leads convert so poorly?
Usually because the buyer submitted the same form to several dealers and the first one to call wins. Speed and a clear on-road price on the first call matter more than anything else here.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
