GullySales

Car dealers · Reputation management

A buyer reads a service complaint before he reads about your showroom.

At a dealership most reviews are about the workshop, and the new car buyer reads them anyway. GullySales separates the profiles that can be separated, puts the review request at delivery, and writes the replies to a billing complaint without an argument in public.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For car dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Delivery day is the moment nobody asks

The family is photographing the car with the garland on it and will agree to anything. Ask then, through the sales consultant, rather than from the office three weeks later.

  • The angry reviews name a bill, not a car

Accessory charges added late, an estimate that grew, an insurance renewal nobody explained. The fix sits in what the desk says before the money is taken.

  • Pre-owned buyers read reviews as a risk check

Somebody spending on a used car is looking for stories about the RTO transfer and hidden damage. A reply describing how you handle transfers is read by all of them.

What we do

What we deliver for car dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Separate profiles for sales and service

Where the workshop has its own address or phone line, a listing of its own with categories, photographs and hours.

Result: The showroom listing stops carrying service complaints.

  2. The review asked for on delivery day

The sales consultant asks while the paperwork is being handed over, with a short link inside the delivery folder.

Result: Reviews come from the happiest hour of the sale.

  3. A reply routine built on the job card

Every service complaint answered with the job card number, the person handling it and a date, without a public argument about who is right.

Result: Readers see a dealership that answers.

  4. The billing conversation fixed before the money

Accessory charges, insurance options and the estimate explained and signed off before the invoice is raised.

Result: The complaint stops being created.

  5. The transfer process explained in public

What you do about the RTO transfer, the insurance and the inspection on a pre-owned car, published and repeated in replies.

Result: Cautious buyers get their doubt answered early.

  6. A monthly read across every branch

What the reviews said, by branch and department, with the recurring ones taken to the workshop and the accessories desk.

Result: The causes get dealt with rather than answered.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for car dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We trace leads from each source through first call, test drive, booking and delivery, and check each branch profile and its reviews.

  2. 2

    Fix the first call

A response routine and ownership rule for every lead source, recorded in the dealership CRM.

  3. 3

    Follow up after the visit

Calls and WhatsApp messages planned around quotes, finance approval, exchange valuation and delivery dates.

  4. 4

    Bring buyers in

Local campaigns by model and branch, festival campaigns, workshop upgrade offers and corporate outreach.

  5. 5

    Keep the owner

Delivery follow-up, a review ask, service reminders and an upgrade offer when the car ages.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we stop service complaints landing on the showroom listing?
Partly, by giving the workshop its own profile where it has a separate address or phone line. Beyond that, answer each one with the job card number and what is being done. A page of answered complaints reads very differently from a page of ignored ones.
A customer is angry with the manufacturer, not with us. Do we reply?
Yes, as the dealer who will chase it. Give the complaint number raised with the company, who is following it and when you will check again. Silence reads as the dealership washing its hands.
Can a dealer run its own ads when the manufacturer controls the brand?
Yes, within the manufacturer's dealer advertising guidelines, which usually cover logos, pricing claims and approved creatives. Many brands also share co-op advertising budgets, so we plan local campaigns to fit those rules and claims.
Why do our portal leads convert so poorly?
Usually because the buyer submitted the same form to several dealers and the first one to call wins. Speed and a clear on-road price on the first call matter more than anything else here.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
