GullySales

Car dealers · Digital marketing

Three businesses under one roof compete for the same monthly budget.

A dealership is a new car showroom, a used car yard and a workshop, and each has a different buyer. GullySales sets what the month's budget does for each, times the campaigns to launches and delivery dates, and puts every enquiry into one report.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For car dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Festival spending has to stop before the festival

If a booking cannot be delivered on the auspicious day, advertising in that week buys disappointment. Work backwards from the stock in the yard and the registration queue.

  • The workshop pays the bills and gets no marketing

Service brings steady revenue and the customers who will upgrade, yet the budget goes to new car campaigns. A service camp campaign costs little and feeds the showroom.

  • Co-op money comes with paperwork

Part of the spend can be claimed back when the creative, the disclaimers and the proof file follow the brand's rules. Claims are refused over the fine print far more often than over the idea.

  • Used cars need a plan and usually get leftovers

That buyer is comparing organised platforms with inspection reports and return windows. Photographs, listings and an inspection summary do more here than any campaign.

What we do

What we deliver for car dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A quarter plan across all three businesses

What the new car, used car and service sides each get in money and attention, set out month by month.

Result: The workshop stops being an afterthought.

  2. Campaigns timed to delivery, not to the festival

The stock position, the registration queue and the delivery dates read before a festival campaign is booked.

Result: You sell only what can be delivered on the date.

  3. Co-op claims prepared alongside the campaign

Creative approvals, disclaimers, invoices and proof files gathered as the campaign runs, in the format your regional office requires.

Result: The claim gets paid rather than refused.

  4. A used car plan of its own

Photograph standards, inspection summaries, weekly price reviews and the portals worth listing on.

Result: Cars move out of the yard faster.

  5. A service camp calendar

Camps and reminders timed to the monsoon, the festival and each model's service intervals, with the upgrade question attached.

Result: Service work fills the bays and feeds the showroom.

  6. One report across every enquiry

New car, used car and service enquiries by source, with time to first call, test drives, bookings and deliveries, against the baseline.

Result: The whole dealership is read on one page.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for car dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We trace leads from each source through first call, test drive, booking and delivery, and check each branch profile and its reviews.

  2. 2

    Fix the first call

A response routine and ownership rule for every lead source, recorded in the dealership CRM.

  3. 3

    Follow up after the visit

Calls and WhatsApp messages planned around quotes, finance approval, exchange valuation and delivery dates.

  4. 4

    Bring buyers in

Local campaigns by model and branch, festival campaigns, workshop upgrade offers and corporate outreach.

  5. 5

    Keep the owner

Delivery follow-up, a review ask, service reminders and an upgrade offer when the car ages.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How should the budget split across new, used and service?
Give each a fixed share for the quarter, then argue about the sizes with numbers instead of instinct. New cars will take the most. Service and used cars usually deserve more than they get, because both feed the showroom later.
What is the biggest waste in a dealership's marketing?
Spending in weeks when stock cannot be delivered. After that, paying for leads nobody calls back within the hour. Both show up in the first monthly report, which is why the baseline is taken before anything is switched on.
Can a dealer run its own ads when the manufacturer controls the brand?
Yes, within the manufacturer's dealer advertising guidelines, which usually cover logos, pricing claims and approved creatives. Many brands also share co-op advertising budgets, so we plan local campaigns to fit those rules and claims.
Why do our portal leads convert so poorly?
Usually because the buyer submitted the same form to several dealers and the first one to call wins. Speed and a clear on-road price on the first call matter more than anything else here.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
