Car dealers · Social media

Delivery photographs are the content this trade never runs out of.

A dealership's social accounts live on deliveries, walkarounds and launch days, all of it inside the manufacturer's rules on model images and claims. GullySales sets the weekly routine, takes consent for customer photographs, and gives each salesperson something worth putting on their own status.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For car dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The salesperson's own status reaches the buyers

A consultant with four hundred contacts and a photograph of this morning's delivery does more than the showroom page. Give them the picture and the line to use with it.

  • Consent for a delivery photograph takes ten seconds

Families are pleased to be photographed with the car and much less pleased to find it posted without being asked. Ask on the day, note it down, and the library builds itself.

  • Walkarounds answer what the review videos leave out

National reviewers cover the drive. Buyers still want to see boot space with a pram in it, the third row for a tall passenger, and whether a variant has the feature they saw.

  • The brand decides what a model image may say

Prices, schemes, colours and comparisons in a post fall under the dealer advertising rules. Check before posting, not after a call from the regional office.

What we do

What we deliver for car dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A weekly routine anybody can keep

One delivery post, one walkaround and one workshop or offer post each week, planned a fortnight ahead.

Result: The page stays alive without a crew being hired.

  2. Consent taken on delivery day

A short written permission for photographs and video, taken with the paperwork and filed with the delivery record.

Result: The photo library grows without complaints.

  3. Variant walkarounds shot in your showroom

Boot space, the third row, the differences between variants and the accessory packs, filmed on a phone with a consultant talking.

Result: Buyers get the answers the reviewers skip.

  4. Material prepared for consultants' status

The picture, the line and the number to use, sent to every salesperson on the same morning.

Result: Each consultant's contacts hear from your showroom.

  5. Posts checked against the dealer rules

Model images, scheme wording, finance claims and comparisons read against the current manufacturer guidelines before publishing.

Result: Nothing has to be taken down later.

  6. Social enquiries treated as leads

Messages and comments routed into the lead system with a source, and worked in the same minutes as a portal lead.

Result: Social enquiries get called instead of collected.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for car dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We trace leads from each source through first call, test drive, booking and delivery, and check each branch profile and its reviews.

  2. 2

    Fix the first call

A response routine and ownership rule for every lead source, recorded in the dealership CRM.

  3. 3

    Follow up after the visit

Calls and WhatsApp messages planned around quotes, finance approval, exchange valuation and delivery dates.

  4. 4

    Bring buyers in

Local campaigns by model and branch, festival campaigns, workshop upgrade offers and corporate outreach.

  5. 5

    Keep the owner

Delivery follow-up, a review ask, service reminders and an upgrade offer when the car ages.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post prices and offers?
Only in the form the manufacturer allows, which generally rules out comparisons with other brands and sets the wording on schemes and finance. Get the current rules in writing. A post that has to be deleted costs more than the one never made.
Should each salesperson run their own page?
A status and a personal profile, yes, and give them material for it. Separate business pages for each salesperson split the following and leave orphan pages when somebody resigns. One showroom page with active consultants works better.
Can a dealer run its own ads when the manufacturer controls the brand?
Yes, within the manufacturer's dealer advertising guidelines, which usually cover logos, pricing claims and approved creatives. Many brands also share co-op advertising budgets, so we plan local campaigns to fit those rules and claims.
Why do our portal leads convert so poorly?
Usually because the buyer submitted the same form to several dealers and the first one to call wins. Speed and a clear on-road price on the first call matter more than anything else here.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
