Chiropractic clinics · Branding

Decide whether you treat injuries or sell wellness care.

Branding for a chiropractic clinic settles a question most signs dodge: whether you treat injuries or sell long-term wellness care. GullySales makes the choice, then carries it through the photography, the report of findings folder and the window onto the car park.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Most clinics try to be both and read as neither

Injury work and wellness care want different words, different pictures and different waiting rooms. One sign cannot carry both.

  • The face sells the first visit, the name gets searched later

A patient comes because of the doctor in the video. Six months on they search for a clinic name they half remember.

  • The report of findings is brand

The folder, the printed plan and the model on the desk are what a patient carries home and shows their spouse.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A positioning decision, written down

One answer on whether the practice sells injury care, wellness care or a named programme, with the language that follows from it.

Result: The sign, the site and the script finally agree.

  2. Photography of the doctors and the actual rooms

Pictures of your tables, your decompression unit and the people who work there, instead of stock images of a glowing spine.

Result: Patients recognise the room when they walk in.

  3. A report of findings folder and plan document

The printed plan, the visit schedule and the explanation a patient takes home, designed rather than photocopied from a binder.

Result: The plan survives the drive home.

  4. A name that still works when an associate joins

A decision on whether the practice carries your surname or a clinic name, made before a second doctor starts seeing patients.

Result: The practice can grow without a rebrand.

  5. Window, signage and the view from the car park

What the glass says from outside, including hours and the conditions you treat, since most patients read it before they ever call.

Result: The front door does some of the selling.

  6. Intake paperwork and claims wording brought into line

Forms, consent documents and the outcome language inside them checked for consistency and against what your board allows.

Result: Nothing in the folder contradicts the website.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for chiropractic clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace last quarter's new patients to their real source, count the calls that went unanswered, and look at how many care plans were finished.

  2. 2

    Answer the call

Missed-call text-back, a written insurance answer, a held slot for acute pain, and a record of every enquiry the front desk handles.

  3. 3

    Build the condition pages

A page per condition you treat, the Google Business Profile completed, and the doctor on video explaining what a first visit involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, reviews, advertising on the acute searches, and the attorney, physician and gym relationships worked on a schedule.

  5. 5

Keep them and bring the old ones back

A call on the first cancelled visit that is not rebooked, and reactivation campaigns to the patients who quietly stopped coming.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the practice carry my name?
Your name while you are the only doctor and patients come for you. A clinic name once an associate adjusts half of them, because the second doctor has to inherit that trust. Changing later costs more than deciding now.
We are adding an associate. Does the brand change?
The photography does, and the language about who treats whom. Patients booked with you will ask. Put the associate on the site before their first day rather than after it.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Within limits that change from state to state. Your chiropractic board sets what may be claimed, the FTC expects a health claim to be supported, and patient testimonials carry their own rules. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your attorney before it runs.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. Acknowledging someone's care in a public reply is the HIPAA mistake practices get penalised for. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
