Film the adjustment only after the consent form is signed.

Social media for a chiropractic clinic is local video: an adjustment, an exercise, the doctor explaining a table. GullySales sets the filming routine and the consent behind it, keeps outcome claims out of the captions, and buys reach only within driving distance.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • An adjustment clip travels, and it needs permission first

A person on your table is a patient, and filming them is a privacy decision taken before anyone picks up a phone.

  • A before and after post is a health claim in a caption

Saying you fixed a condition is the claim you would not print on the website, and the same rules reach the caption.

  • The audience that matters lives within a few miles

A clip watched across the country does nothing for Tuesday's diary. A post boosted around your own streets does.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A filming consent form your attorney has read

Written permission covering what may be filmed, what may be shown and where it may be posted, signed before the camera comes out.

Result: Nobody films first and asks afterwards.

  2. A filming routine that fits inside the day

An agreed slot, a phone holder and one person named to shoot, so clips come out of ordinary appointments rather than a special effort.

Result: Posting stops depending on somebody's mood.

  3. Caption rules that keep outcome claims out

A short list of what a caption may say about a condition or a result, with the phrases that cause trouble written out.

Result: Nobody posts a claim you would not print.

  4. Boosting limited to your own catchment

Paid reach held to the miles a patient will actually drive, rather than whatever radius the platform suggests by default.

Result: You stop buying views from three states away.

  5. Posts built around the local calendar

School sports seasons, the running club, the town race and the employers nearby, planned in advance rather than improvised.

Result: The clinic looks like part of the town.

  6. Enquiries counted by platform

Calls, messages and bookings traced to each platform every month, so whichever one produces nothing gets dropped.

Result: Filming time goes where patients come from.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these chiropractic clinics.

  • Solo chiropractic practices
  • Multi-doctor clinics running several treatment rooms
  • Cash-based wellness and decompression practices
  • Sports and rehabilitation focused clinics
  • Prenatal and paediatric chiropractic
  • Personal injury and auto accident focused clinics
  • Chiropractic inside a multidisciplinary clinic with physical therapy
  • Membership and franchise model clinics
  • New practices in their first year

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for chiropractic clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace last quarter's new patients to their real source, count the calls that went unanswered, and look at how many care plans were finished.

  2. 2

    Answer the call

Missed-call text-back, a written insurance answer, a held slot for acute pain, and a record of every enquiry the front desk handles.

  3. 3

    Build the condition pages

A page per condition you treat, the Google Business Profile completed, and the doctor on video explaining what a first visit involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, reviews, advertising on the acute searches, and the attorney, physician and gym relationships worked on a schedule.

  5. 5

Keep them and bring the old ones back

A call on the first cancelled visit that is not rebooked, and reactivation campaigns to the patients who quietly stopped coming.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post a patient's before and after?
Only with written consent, and even then the caption matters more than the picture. Your board and federal advertising rules both reach it. Get the wording past your attorney once, then reuse it.
Do we need to be on TikTok?
Not unless somebody in the clinic enjoys making the videos. The reach is national and your patients are local. One platform done weekly beats three done when there is time.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Within limits that change from state to state. Your chiropractic board sets what may be claimed, the FTC expects a health claim to be supported, and patient testimonials carry their own rules. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your attorney before it runs.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. Acknowledging someone's care in a public reply is the HIPAA mistake practices get penalised for. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
