Chiropractic clinics · Lead generation

The new patient call lasts ninety seconds and dies at voicemail.

Lead generation for a chiropractic clinic is mostly a telephone problem, because the enquiry is a call arriving while both doctors are in rooms. GullySales builds the text-back, the insurance answer and the held slot that turn that call into a booked exam.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The call comes at eleven, not at lunchtime

Your busiest hour is the hour new patients ring, which is exactly when nobody can get to the phone.

  • A screening table name is not an enquiry

Forty people writing their number at a gym event is a list. It becomes an enquiry when one of them agrees a date.

  • The benefits question is where the caller hangs up

A careful answer about deductibles gives them a reason to go away and think. One honest sentence keeps them on the line.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Missed-call text-back on every line

An automatic message to any call that rang out, offering two appointment times and a way to reply without dialling again.

Result: The caller who reached voicemail books anyway.

  2. A written new patient call flow

The order of the questions, the same-day offer and the close, written down and practised with the front desk rather than improvised.

Result: Every caller gets the same good call.

  3. One sentence for the insurance question

Wording that answers honestly, keeps the caller moving towards a booking, and leaves the proper verification for afterwards.

Result: Callers stop hanging up at the first hurdle.

  4. A slot held open for acute pain

An agreed rule for which appointment in the day stays empty until the afternoon, so somebody in spasm can be seen today.

Result: You can say yes at the moment it matters.

  5. Event capture that books on the spot

A screening routine where the exam is booked at the table with a named date and confirmed the evening before.

Result: Fewer names collected, more people through the door.

  6. An enquiry register with source and outcome

Every call, form and text logged with where it came from, whether an exam was booked, and whether the patient arrived.

Result: You can see which source produces patients.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for chiropractic clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace last quarter's new patients to their real source, count the calls that went unanswered, and look at how many care plans were finished.

  2. 2

    Answer the call

Missed-call text-back, a written insurance answer, a held slot for acute pain, and a record of every enquiry the front desk handles.

  3. 3

    Build the condition pages

A page per condition you treat, the Google Business Profile completed, and the doctor on video explaining what a first visit involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, reviews, advertising on the acute searches, and the attorney, physician and gym relationships worked on a schedule.

  5. 5

Keep them and bring the old ones back

A call on the first cancelled visit that is not rebooked, and reactivation campaigns to the patients who quietly stopped coming.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we hire an answering service?
Possibly for after hours, though a patient in pain hears the difference in the first sentence. We do not answer clinic phones and no outside team should. The text-back covers the daytime calls that ring out.
Our screening events produce no-shows. What fixes it?
Booking a named date at the table and confirming it the evening before. A voucher with no date on it is a promise nobody keeps. The people who will not pick a date were never coming.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Within limits that change from state to state. Your chiropractic board sets what may be claimed, the FTC expects a health claim to be supported, and patient testimonials carry their own rules. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your attorney before it runs.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. Acknowledging someone's care in a public reply is the HIPAA mistake practices get penalised for. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
