Chiropractic clinics · Pay per click advertising

Run the adverts in the hours somebody will answer the phone.

Paid search for a chiropractic clinic buys the acute searches that happen late at night and first thing in the morning. GullySales separates acute, cash programme and accident campaigns, clears the offer wording with your attorney, and measures exams kept rather than clicks bought.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The acute search happens after you have gone home

Somebody lies awake at eleven working out who opens tomorrow. An advert running then needs a text-back sitting behind it.

  • Accident clicks are priced by attorney advertising

You bid against law firms on the same words, and a good share of the people clicking are looking for a lawyer.

  • A discounted exam meets the rules before it meets the budget

Offers reaching patients on federal programmes, and discount advertising in some states, are both restricted. Your attorney draws that line first.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Three campaigns that never share a budget

Acute pain, cash programmes and accident work run separately, with their own words and their own landing pages, because they are three different patients.

Result: One costly click stops eating the whole month.

  2. An advert schedule matched to when calls get answered

Hours set around your front desk and your missed-call text-back, so a late enquiry has somewhere to land rather than ringing out.

Result: You stop paying for calls nobody takes.

  3. A landing page per condition with the insurance line on it

Each page says what the first visit involves, how soon somebody can be seen, and how the benefits question is handled.

Result: Callers arrive with the first objection answered.

  4. Offer wording cleared before a single advert runs

Any exam offer, package or discount checked against your board's rules and your attorney's reading of them, in writing.

Result: The campaign stays inside what you may advertise.

  5. A negative list that removes students and job hunters

Chiropractic school, assistant jobs, salary, continuing education and malpractice terms stripped out at launch and reviewed monthly from the search terms.

Result: Budget goes to people in pain.

  6. Reporting in exams kept, not clicks bought

Cost per call, per exam booked and per exam attended, campaign by campaign, read against the numbers from before the first advert.

Result: You know what a new patient really cost.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for chiropractic clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace last quarter's new patients to their real source, count the calls that went unanswered, and look at how many care plans were finished.

  2. 2

    Answer the call

Missed-call text-back, a written insurance answer, a held slot for acute pain, and a record of every enquiry the front desk handles.

  3. 3

    Build the condition pages

A page per condition you treat, the Google Business Profile completed, and the doctor on video explaining what a first visit involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, reviews, advertising on the acute searches, and the attorney, physician and gym relationships worked on a schedule.

  5. 5

Keep them and bring the old ones back

A call on the first cancelled visit that is not rebooked, and reactivation campaigns to the patients who quietly stopped coming.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we advertise a discounted first exam?
It depends who might take it up and where you practise. Offers reaching patients on federal programmes run into inducement rules, and several state boards restrict discount advertising outright. Your attorney decides, and we build inside that.
Should we bid on the clinic down the road's name?
It is usually allowed, it is cheap, and it irritates people. Do it only if they are already bidding on yours. The same money works harder on symptom searches.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Within limits that change from state to state. Your chiropractic board sets what may be claimed, the FTC expects a health claim to be supported, and patient testimonials carry their own rules. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your attorney before it runs.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. Acknowledging someone's care in a public reply is the HIPAA mistake practices get penalised for. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
