Chiropractic clinics · Content marketing

Answer how many visits and what it costs, in writing.

Content marketing for a chiropractic clinic answers what stops a patient booking: how many visits, what the first one involves, and what it will come to. GullySales writes those pages, and the one-page documents referring physicians and paralegals actually keep on file.

A newsstand under a striped awning: three tiers of folded publications racked spine on, one title on the top tier turned to face the street, and a crate of rolled copies at the foot of the stand

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The unanswered question is cost and count

Hardly any clinic says how many visits a plan runs to or what it comes to. The patient assumes the worst and does not ring.

  • A referring physician reads one page

What you treat, what you do not, and what comes back to them afterwards. Anything longer goes in a drawer unread.

  • Paralegals want a sample, not an article

The person routing accident cases is checking whether your notes will stand up in a file. Show her the documentation.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A first visit page with the doctor on video

What happens, how long it takes, whether there will be imaging and what the patient leaves with, written down and filmed.

Result: The nervous patient books anyway.

  2. A plan and cost explainer written with your billing team

How a care plan is arrived at, what insurance usually covers, and what a cash programme involves, in figures your own office stands behind.

Result: The money question stops ending calls.

  3. Condition explainers in the patient's own words

Sciatica, disc problems, headaches, prenatal care and sports injuries explained without the terms only a clinician uses.

Result: Search sends people to a page they understand.

  4. A one-page referral note for medical offices

What you treat, what you refer out and what report the doctor gets back, on a single sheet a practice manager will keep.

Result: A physician can refer without a meeting.

  5. A documentation sample for personal injury firms

A redacted example of your notes and reporting, in the format the paralegals routing cases expect to see.

Result: A firm can judge you without a lunch.

  6. Reporting on what people read before booking

The pages a patient visited before calling, reported monthly, so the writing goes where it has already worked.

Result: You stop producing what nobody reads.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for chiropractic clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace last quarter's new patients to their real source, count the calls that went unanswered, and look at how many care plans were finished.

  2. 2

    Answer the call

Missed-call text-back, a written insurance answer, a held slot for acute pain, and a record of every enquiry the front desk handles.

  3. 3

    Build the condition pages

A page per condition you treat, the Google Business Profile completed, and the doctor on video explaining what a first visit involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, reviews, advertising on the acute searches, and the attorney, physician and gym relationships worked on a schedule.

  5. 5

Keep them and bring the old ones back

A call on the first cancelled visit that is not rebooked, and reactivation campaigns to the patients who quietly stopped coming.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish our prices?
Publish the cash programmes and a range for a first visit, and say what moves it. Insurance work cannot honestly be pinned to a number. Silence about money loses more patients than a range ever will.
Who writes it, and will it sound like us?
We write it and you correct it, usually from a recorded conversation with the doctor. A page written without the doctor in the room reads like everybody else's. Nothing is published until you have seen it.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Within limits that change from state to state. Your chiropractic board sets what may be claimed, the FTC expects a health claim to be supported, and patient testimonials carry their own rules. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your attorney before it runs.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. Acknowledging someone's care in a public reply is the HIPAA mistake practices get penalised for. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
