Coaching centres and tutors · Lead generation

Answer the parent who messages at ten at night on results day.

Lead generation for a coaching centre is getting the enquiry, booking the demo and ringing the family back before the batch fills somewhere else. GullySales sets up an intake asking class, board and distance, a named counsellor for every enquiry, and a follow-up on each demo that did not join.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For coaching centres and tutors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The enquiry arrives out of hours and expires quickly

A message sent at ten at night on results day is read at noon the next day in most centres. By then the family has visited two others.

  • The child enquires and the parent pays

An enquiry with only a student's number is half an enquiry. Ask for the parent's number in the first exchange, before anything else is discussed.

  • Distance ends more conversations than fees do

A family eleven kilometres away will not send a child after school, whatever the teaching is like. Ask for the locality early and stop spending counselling hours on it.

  • The demo is the enquiry, not the admission

The family that sat through a demo and was never rung again is the largest single loss in this trade. That call is worth more than another advertisement.

What we do

What we deliver for coaching centres and tutors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An intake that captures class, board and locality

A short set of questions asked in the first exchange, including the exam, the school and the parent's own number.

Result: The counsellor rings back knowing what to offer.

  2. A named counsellor against every enquiry

One person owns each family from first message to admission, with a same-day rule during the results fortnight and cover when they are teaching.

Result: No family is passed between three people.

  3. Demo slots booked and confirmed on WhatsApp

A booking link with real slots, a confirmation message and a reminder the evening before, replacing come and see us any time.

Result: More of the families who book actually turn up.

  4. A follow-up sequence after the demo

A call on the second day, a message when the batch is close to full, and a final check before it starts, with what was said recorded each time.

Result: An undecided family hears from you before the next centre.

  5. One register in place of four phones

Every enquiry, demo, admission and fee instalment in a single record, instead of the admission book and separate WhatsApp chats.

Result: Nothing is lost when a counsellor is on leave.

  6. Enquiry, demo and admission counted by course

How many enquired, how many attended and how many joined for each batch, monthly, against the baseline from the audit.

Result: You see where families drop out of the process.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

How the work runs for coaching centres and tutors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how enquiries arrive in admission season, how fast they are answered, how many demo attendees join, and how your centre shows up for each course search.

  2. 2

    Fix the admission reply

A routine and a named counsellor for every enquiry, with quick replies ready for the post-results rush.

  3. 3

    Build course pages and proof

A page per course and exam, teacher profiles, lesson clips and consented reviews, kept within the current rules on coaching advertisements.

  4. 4

    Bring students in

Local search, admission season ads, scholarship tests, school seminars and referrals from past families.

  5. 5

    Convert and keep them

Demo and counselling follow-up, fee instalment reminders, and attendance flags that trigger a parent call before a student drops out.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should the counsellor ask on the first call?
Class and board, the exam if there is one, the school, the locality and the parent's number. That is enough to say which batch fits and whether the travel is realistic. Fee talk comes after a demo is booked, not before.
Our teachers are in class all day. Who answers the phone?
Somebody who is not teaching, with a quick reply going out immediately and a call back at a stated time. A parent will wait two hours for a promised call. She will not wait a day for silence.
Can we still use topper results in our advertising?
Carefully. The Ministry of Education's coaching guidelines and consumer protection authorities both act against misleading rank and selection claims. Any result you show must be real, checkable and used with the student's consent. We lean on teaching proof and check the current rules with you before a campaign goes live.
How do we compete with the national coaching brands?
On things they cannot offer: smaller batches, a teacher the parent can meet, and a centre close to home. We make those visible in local search and in the demo class follow-up, rather than trying to outspend them on ads.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
