Coaching centres and tutors · Digital marketing

Plan a year that is really two admission seasons and ten quiet months.

Digital marketing for a coaching centre is deciding what runs during results season and what gets built during the term. GullySales sets the calendar against the results and exam dates, picks the two or three channels your families use, and reports demos and admissions instead of followers.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For coaching centres and tutors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The calendar decides the budget

Board results, entrance results and the week schools reopen are the three dates the plan is hung on. Everything else is preparation for them.

  • Your two audiences sit in different places

The mother deciding on tuition is on WhatsApp and Maps. The entrance aspirant is on YouTube and in a Telegram group, and cannot pay the fee.

  • The term is when next season is won

Reviews, batch pages, teacher clips and the Business Profile all take months to be worth anything. October is the month to build them.

  • A follower count has never filled a batch

Judge the work on demos attended and fees collected by course. Everything else is a number that looks like progress.

What we do

What we deliver for coaching centres and tutors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A calendar hung on the results and exam dates

What goes live, what gets built and what gets paused, set against the dates your boards and entrance exams publish results.

Result: Nobody is writing a page in the week the phones are ringing.

  2. A channel choice for each audience

Where the fee-paying parent is reached and where the aspirant is reached, written as two separate decisions with two budgets.

Result: You stop paying to reach students who cannot enrol.

  3. A build list for the quiet term

The pages, profile work, teacher clips and review asks that have to be done between admission seasons, with owners and dates.

Result: The slow months produce the assets the busy ones need.

  4. One season offer per window

A scholarship test, a crash course or a reopening batch as the single thing each campaign asks for, rather than general admissions.

Result: Each season has something specific to book.

  5. One dashboard for enquiries and admissions

Every source, from a board outside a school to a Maps call, tagged into one view of enquiries, demos and admissions by batch.

Result: You compare channels on the same number.

  6. A review before the next season opens

A written look at what to keep and what to stop, timed to the end of the engagement term rather than left to drift.

Result: Next season starts from evidence instead of habit.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for coaching centres and tutors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how enquiries arrive in admission season, how fast they are answered, how many demo attendees join, and how your centre shows up for each course search.

  2. 2

    Fix the admission reply

A routine and a named counsellor for every enquiry, with quick replies ready for the post-results rush.

  3. 3

    Build course pages and proof

A page per course and exam, teacher profiles, lesson clips and consented reviews, kept within the current rules on coaching advertisements.

  4. 4

    Bring students in

Local search, admission season ads, scholarship tests, school seminars and referrals from past families.

  5. 5

    Convert and keep them

Demo and counselling follow-up, fee instalment reminders, and attendance flags that trigger a parent call before a student drops out.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We have a small budget. Where do we start?
The Business Profile, the batch pages and a reply routine, because those cost time rather than media spend. Then one paid push in the results fortnight. The free audit counts where your last two seasons of enquiries came from before anything is bought.
Should we move everything online and drop the local work?
Not for a tuition centre. Parents choose on distance, a teacher they have met and a classroom they have seen. Online sessions are worth adding for revision and doubt clearing, and rarely replace the batch that pays the rent.
Can we still use topper results in our advertising?
Carefully. The Ministry of Education's coaching guidelines and consumer protection authorities both act against misleading rank and selection claims. Any result you show must be real, checkable and used with the student's consent. We lean on teaching proof and check the current rules with you before a campaign goes live.
How do we compete with the national coaching brands?
On things they cannot offer: smaller batches, a teacher the parent can meet, and a centre close to home. We make those visible in local search and in the demo class follow-up, rather than trying to outspend them on ads.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
