Coaching centres and tutors · Social media

Show a lesson to the student and a classroom to the parent.

Social media for a coaching centre serves two audiences at once: students watching lectures and parents checking whether the place looks serious. GullySales plans short teaching clips for the student channels, keeps parent-facing posts factual, and settles the consent rules before a child's face is posted anywhere.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For coaching centres and tutors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The student is on YouTube, the mother is in a WhatsApp group

One watches a teacher solve a problem at midnight. The other asks eleven neighbours which centre is any good.

  • A child's face needs a parent's written permission

Classroom photographs and result posts involve minors, and a signed consent is the only thing that protects you. Collect it before the picture is taken.

  • Two minutes of real teaching beats a festival greeting

A teacher working through one hard question shows a parent what a demo would show. A wished-you-a-happy-festival post shows nothing at all.

  • The group that decides is one you cannot post in

The class parent group and the society group carry the recommendation. All you can do is give one parent something worth forwarding into it.

What we do

What we deliver for coaching centres and tutors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clip plan by subject and teacher

Short recordings of a teacher solving a real doubt, filmed in the classroom, planned subject by subject across the term.

Result: A parent can watch the teaching before booking a demo.

  2. A posting calendar hung on the exam dates

What goes out before the exams, during results and when schools reopen, written before the season rather than improvised daily.

Result: Nobody is inventing a post on the busiest morning.

  3. A consent form for students and results

A one-page permission covering photographs, video and any mention of a result, signed by a parent and filed with the date.

Result: Everything posted about a child has a signature behind it.

  4. A message built for parent groups

A short forwardable note on one batch, with timings, the teacher and a booking link, sized to be read on a phone.

Result: A happy parent has something to paste into her group.

  5. The student and parent channels kept apart

Lecture clips and doubt sessions where aspirants are, batch and classroom posts where parents are, with different words in each.

Result: Neither audience scrolls past posts meant for the other.

  6. Posts traced through to demo bookings

Tagged links from each channel into the booking page, reported monthly next to the enquiry baseline.

Result: You can stop posting in the places that produce nothing.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for coaching centres and tutors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how enquiries arrive in admission season, how fast they are answered, how many demo attendees join, and how your centre shows up for each course search.

  2. 2

    Fix the admission reply

A routine and a named counsellor for every enquiry, with quick replies ready for the post-results rush.

  3. 3

    Build course pages and proof

A page per course and exam, teacher profiles, lesson clips and consented reviews, kept within the current rules on coaching advertisements.

  4. 4

    Bring students in

Local search, admission season ads, scholarship tests, school seminars and referrals from past families.

  5. 5

    Convert and keep them

Demo and counselling follow-up, fee instalment reminders, and attendance flags that trigger a parent call before a student drops out.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should our teachers be making reels?
The ones who are comfortable on camera, and only with real teaching in them. A teacher explaining one question is worth a month of trends. A teacher who hates it will look uncomfortable, and parents read that immediately.
If we publish free lessons, why would anybody pay?
Because a recorded clip does not correct a child's answer or ring a parent when attendance drops. Free lessons bring the aspirant and build the name. The batch is still what gets bought, so keep the clips short and the batch page close.
Can we still use topper results in our advertising?
Carefully. The Ministry of Education's coaching guidelines and consumer protection authorities both act against misleading rank and selection claims. Any result you show must be real, checkable and used with the student's consent. We lean on teaching proof and check the current rules with you before a campaign goes live.
How do we compete with the national coaching brands?
On things they cannot offer: smaller batches, a teacher the parent can meet, and a centre close to home. We make those visible in local search and in the demo class follow-up, rather than trying to outspend them on ads.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
