Corporate gifting and gift businesses · Local SEO

Be the gifting company a buyer can drive to for a sample.

Local SEO for a gifting business is being found on Maps by an admin buyer who wants to see samples, and by shoppers looking for a gift shop. GullySales sets up the Business Profile for the display or studio you have, and keeps the hours and photographs current.

A market cross in a small town square: a stepped stone cross of four worn tiers standing in a ring of cobbles, a coil of stall rope left on the bottom step, a chalk pitch marked out on the stones and a chalk arrow pointing in from the nearest lane

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For corporate gifting and gift businesses

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A buyer of three hundred hampers wants to hold one

She will drive twenty minutes to open the box herself. The listing has to show there is somewhere to come and somebody to meet.

  • Corporate gifting searches carry a city name

Corporate gifts in Bengaluru, gifting company in Peenya. Locality words sit inside the buying search here, which is unusual for a business buyer.

  • Festival hours decide the shop's takings

A gift shop that closes at eight on the evening before Rakhi loses the last rush. The listing is where people check before setting out.

  • A warehouse address puts buyers off

If your registered address is a shed in an industrial area, the listing has to say what a visitor will find, or the visit never happens.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate gifting and gift businesses.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile set up for the buyer who visits

Photographs of the display, the sample room, the packing area and finished hampers, with appointment details and the categories filled in.

Result: A buyer can see there is something worth visiting.

  2. City and locality words used properly

The service area, the localities you deliver to and the city named in the description and in posts, matching the website pages.

Result: You appear for the city-plus-gifting searches buyers use.

  3. Hours, festival timings and appointment rules

Regular hours, extended festival timings for the shop, and whether the corporate studio works by appointment only.

Result: Nobody arrives to a locked gate two days before Diwali.

  4. Posts that run through the season

A post when a hamper range is ready, when branding slots are filling and when the last safe order date for Diwali is reached.

Result: The listing shows a business in the middle of its season.

  5. Questions answered on the listing itself

Minimum order, branding time, GST invoicing, delivery to other cities and whether individuals can buy, all answered in the profile.

Result: The wrong buyer filters herself out.

  6. Calls, routes and enquiries reported monthly

Searches that showed the listing, calls, direction requests and messages, compared with what the profile was producing before.

Result: You can tell whether Maps brings briefs or only walk-ins.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for corporate gifting and gift businesses

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where orders come from, how the year's revenue is spread, how briefs are answered and how many buyers return.

  2. 2

    Define who to chase

Ideal customer profiles, buyer personas and qualification criteria, so effort goes to companies that will order.

  3. 3

    Build the proposal kit

Proposals by budget and occasion, a vendor registration pack and sample terms, ready before the season.

  4. 4

    Start early

Prospecting and outreach months before Diwali and other occasions, plus year-round campaigns for kits and events.

  5. 5

    Keep the accounts

An account calendar and reactivation routine, so this year's buyer orders again next year.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We work out of a warehouse. Is a Maps listing worth it?
Yes, if a buyer can be met there. Say in the description that visits are by appointment and show the sample room in the photographs. A buyer who cannot tell what she will find does not come.
Should the gift shop and the corporate business share a listing?
Only where they share an address and a phone number. When the studio and the shop are separate places, keep separate listings with their own hours, because the two buyers want different things.
When should we start selling for Diwali?
Start conversations in July and send proposals by August. Many companies set their gifting budget and shortlist well before the festival, and late vendors compete only on price.
Should we send free samples?
Yes, to qualified briefs. Confirm budget, quantity, date and who decides before sending, and agree whether the sample is returned or adjusted against the order.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
