Day care centres · Review generation

Ask the parent for a review once the child has stopped crying at drop-off.

Review generation for a day care centre means asking a settled parent to write down what they see at pickup, at the one moment they are relieved enough to do it. A centre with four old reviews loses the midnight search to one with forty recent ones. GullySales fixes the moment, the wording and the reply.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What review generation means

Review generation is the routine of asking satisfied customers to leave a Google or platform review at the moment they are happiest, rather than hoping they remember later. GullySales builds the request into your existing follow-up steps and tracks how many turn into a review.

For day care centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The settling-in week is the wrong week to ask”

A parent whose child is still crying at the gate will not write a review, and should not be asked. Wait until the child walks in without turning round. That is the day the mother is most relieved and most willing to say so in public.

  • “Reviews that name the caregiver do the persuading”

A parent reading reviews at night is looking for a person to trust, not a star rating. One review naming the didi who settled a crying eleven-month-old carries more weight than five that say good place, clean and friendly.

  • “Your reply to the hygiene complaint is read more than the complaint”

A one-star review about a missed nap or a bumped head is not the end of enrolments. A defensive reply is. Say what happened and what changed in the routine afterwards, because the next mother is judging how you handle the worst day, not the best one.

What we do

What we deliver for day care centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. The ask written into the settling-in routine

A fixed point, once the child has settled, at which the centre head asks the parent in person and then sends the link.

Result: Reviews arrive because somebody asked, not by luck.

  2. A review link the front desk can send in one tap

A short link saved on the centre phone and printed on the pickup card, so the ask does not depend on the parent searching for you later.

Result: A willing parent writes the review that evening instead of forgetting.

  3. Wording that asks about one specific thing

Different prompts for the infant room, the food and the pickup routine, so the reviews between them answer the different worries parents arrive with.

Result: New parents find a review about the exact thing they are anxious about.

  4. A reply routine for safety and hygiene complaints

A written approach to answering a complaint in public: what happened, what changed, and an invitation to speak directly. No template apologies.

Result: A bad review reads as a centre that takes concerns seriously.

  5. Consent-safe review requests

Wording that never asks a parent to name their child or post a photograph, and guidance for staff on what they may repost.

Result: You gather reviews without putting a child's details online.

  6. A review count kept per branch

A count by location, so one strong branch does not hide three with nothing recent. Parents search the branch nearest them and judge you by that one.

Result: No branch is quietly left with a two-year-old review page.

How the result is measured

  • Reviews received
  • Average rating
  • Response rate to requests

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for day care centres

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how your centre appears when a parent searches nearby, and how fast trial-day enquiries are answered on phone and WhatsApp. We also check where enquiries are being lost between the first message and the signed admission.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Google Business Profile completed with real photographs of the rooms and staff. A WhatsApp and call reply routine that never leaves a parent waiting overnight, plus a record of every enquiry.

  3. 3

Show the safety proof parents are looking for

Staff verification, CCTV access, the child-to-caregiver ratio and the meal and nap schedule written out clearly. These are the details that move a nervous parent to book a trial day.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search, reviews from real parents, corporate outreach for employee childcare tie-ups, and advertising timed to the April and June admission season.

  5. 5

    Keep families enrolled

A renewal reminder before the academic year changes, and a referral ask to parents already settled in. A follow-up process the front desk actually runs for every trial day that has not converted.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we offer a fee concession to a parent who writes a review?
Do not. Review platforms treat an incentivised review as a violation and their rules change, so check the current policy before offering anything. Parents also recognise a bought review, which costs you more than a thin review count.
A parent has posted a one-star review about a bumped head. What now?
Reply in public, briefly and without arguing, saying what happened and what you changed in the routine. Then call the parent. The reply is written for the mother reading it next week, not for the one who posted it.
How is marketing for a day care centre different from other local businesses?
The page has to prove safety before it tries to persuade. A parent is choosing who holds their child all day, so price comes after trust. That means real photographs of the rooms, the caregiver ratio and staff verification stated plainly, and reviews from named parents.
Do we need advertising or SEO first?
Most centres need a complete Google Business Profile and a fast WhatsApp reply first, because the night-time searches are already happening. Advertising helps around the April and June admission season, when many parents are deciding at once.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
