Educational institutions · Content marketing

Answer what a parent searches at ten at night, before she calls you.

Content marketing for a school or institute means answering the questions parents type before enquiring, from admission documents to the difference between boards. GullySales writes those pages with your admissions team, so the desk takes fewer repeat calls and the pages bring parents in through search.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For educational institutions

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The board comparison is searched more than any school

Parents look up what separates CBSE, ICSE and the state board long before they shortlist, and a school that explains it honestly is in the conversation early.

  • Document lists are the most useful page you can publish

What to bring for a Class 1 admission, the age cut-off and the transfer certificate rules are asked at the desk all day and written down nowhere.

  • A coaching institute's content is its teaching

A worked solution or a short explanation of a difficult chapter shows a student what your classroom is like, which no claim about results can do.

What we do

What we deliver for educational institutions.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An admissions question page set

Pages on documents, age criteria, the transfer certificate process, the admission timeline and how the waitlist works.

Result: The desk stops answering the same question forty times.

  2. An honest board comparison

A plain piece on the boards you offer and who each one suits, written without running down the alternatives.

Result: Parents comparing boards arrive already reading you.

  3. Transport and safety explained

A page on bus routes, stops, timings, attendants and the safety measures on your vehicles.

Result: The question parents worry about most is answered up front.

  4. Teaching content for courses and coaching

Short explanations, worked problems or a recorded class segment, published under the course it belongs to.

Result: A student sees how you teach before enrolling.

  5. A termly check on which pages brought enquiries

Visits and enquiries traced to each page each term, set against the figures before publishing.

Result: Writing effort goes to what parents actually read.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for educational institutions

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Google Business Profile, your reply time on calls and WhatsApp during the last admissions window, your reviews, and where enquiries dropped off.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Google Business Profile completed for the correct locality and board, a same-day reply routine the admissions desk can follow, and a record of every enquiry.

  3. 3

    Build the admissions pages

A clear page for fees, board affiliation, transport and the next open house, written for the questions a parent actually types.

  4. 4

Bring enquiries in during the window

Local search, genuine parent reviews, and advertising timed to the weeks before your admission deadline, not spread thin across the year.

  5. 5

Keep the seat and the referral

A welcome sequence for new admissions, a referral ask at the right moment, and a record you can use to plan next year's window.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will explaining other boards send parents elsewhere?
It sends the wrong-fit parents elsewhere, which saves everybody time. The parent who stays has decided on your board and reads the rest of your pages. Schools that dodge the question lose the reader entirely.
Who writes this when our teachers are busy?
We do, from a short session with your admissions officer and one or two teachers. About an hour each, plus a review of the draft. The answers have to be your school's actual policy, not a general one.
How soon would admissions enquiries pick up?
Fixing your reply time and Google Business Profile helps within the current admissions window, because the searches are already happening. Ranking for a search such as CBSE school near a locality takes longer, often a full admissions cycle.
Do we need to advertise?
A faster reply and a complete profile cost nothing in media, and a parent is already searching by board and locality before any advertisement runs. Advertising makes sense closer to the admission deadline, when a specific number of seats still needs to be filled.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
