Build the admissions plan backwards from the fee deadline.

Digital marketing for a school or institute is the plan across search, Maps, WhatsApp and advertising, timed to one admissions window a year. GullySales sets the calendar from your deadline backwards, decides what each channel does, and reports which one actually produced admissions.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For educational institutions

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • One window a year means no second chance

A marketing mistake in March cannot be corrected until next January, which is why the plan is written in advance and not improvised.

  • The parent decides, the child does not

Every channel choice follows from that. The mother's WhatsApp group and a locality search matter, and a campaign aimed at teenagers does not.

  • Nobody asks the parent how they heard of the school

Flyers, hoardings, ads and posts all run together, so the same budget gets repeated next year with no idea which part worked.

What we do

What we deliver for educational institutions.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A calendar built back from the deadline

The admissions window mapped week by week from the fee deadline backwards, with the open house, the campaign start and the follow-up dates fixed.

Result: Everyone knows what happens in which week.

  2. A channel plan for the parent, not the student

Search and Maps for the comparing parent, WhatsApp for the enquiry, advertising close to the deadline, and referral asks to current parents.

Result: Effort goes where the person deciding is looking.

  3. One source question asked at every enquiry

A single question in the callback log recording how the family heard of the school, asked by the desk and the front office.

Result: You finally know what brought the admission.

  4. Material prepared before the rush

Prospectus, fee sheet, bus route list and open house creative ready in December, rather than drafted in the middle of February.

Result: The desk has answers ready when the calls start.

  5. A shared fee and enquiry script for branches

One script and one fee sheet used by every branch and logged in the same record.

Result: A parent ringing two branches hears the same answer.

  6. A monthly report through the window

Enquiries, visits, admissions and cost by channel reported every month against the baseline taken before the window opened.

Result: Next year's budget is set on evidence.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these educational institutions.

  • Pre-schools and play schools
  • CBSE and ICSE schools
  • State board schools
  • Coaching institutes for competitive exams
  • Degree colleges
  • Vocational and skill-training institutes
  • Ed-tech linked hybrid learning centres
  • Multi-branch tutorial chains

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for educational institutions

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Google Business Profile, your reply time on calls and WhatsApp during the last admissions window, your reviews, and where enquiries dropped off.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Google Business Profile completed for the correct locality and board, a same-day reply routine the admissions desk can follow, and a record of every enquiry.

  3. 3

    Build the admissions pages

A clear page for fees, board affiliation, transport and the next open house, written for the questions a parent actually types.

  4. 4

Bring enquiries in during the window

Local search, genuine parent reviews, and advertising timed to the weeks before your admission deadline, not spread thin across the year.

  5. 5

Keep the seat and the referral

A welcome sequence for new admissions, a referral ask at the right moment, and a record you can use to plan next year's window.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

When should we start planning the admissions season?
By October, for a window that opens in January. Search pages need months to rank, the prospectus takes weeks, and the open house has to be promoted before it happens. Starting in February leaves advertising as your only option.
Do hoardings and pamphlets still work for schools?
Near your catchment, yes, especially around apartment complexes on your bus route. They work better when the phone number on them goes into the same callback log as everything else, so you can see what they returned.
How soon would admissions enquiries pick up?
Fixing your reply time and Google Business Profile helps within the current admissions window, because the searches are already happening. Ranking for a search such as CBSE school near a locality takes longer, often a full admissions cycle.
Do we need to advertise?
A faster reply and a complete profile cost nothing in media, and a parent is already searching by board and locality before any advertisement runs. Advertising makes sense closer to the admission deadline, when a specific number of seats still needs to be filled.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
