Educational institutions · Pay per click advertising

Advertise in the weeks a parent is deciding, for the seats still open.

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising for a school or institute buys visibility in the short admissions window, when a parent is comparing two or three options. GullySales builds campaigns by board, class and locality, keeps job seekers out of the budget, and counts admissions rather than clicks.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For educational institutions

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Half the clicks on a school ad are job seekers

Searches for teacher vacancy and school jobs sit right next to admission searches, and they will eat the budget unless they are excluded.

  • The cost of a click rises with the deadline

Every school in the city advertises in the same March weeks, so the same money buys fewer enquiries then than it does in December.

  • The advertisement must name the class and the board

A parent looking for LKG admission ignores a message about a school, and clicks the one that says the class and the board.

What we do

What we deliver for educational institutions.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns split by class group and board

Separate campaigns for pre-primary, primary and each board or course, so the words and the budget match the parent searching.

Result: The right parent sees the right advertisement.

  2. Negative keyword lists for recruitment searches

Vacancy, job, salary, syllabus download and result-checking searches excluded before the campaign goes live.

Result: The budget stops paying for people who will never enrol.

  3. Enquiry forms that ask what the desk needs

A short form asking the class, the board and the locality, sent straight to the admissions desk with a callback time.

Result: The desk calls back knowing what to say.

  4. Spend shaped to the admissions calendar

Budget raised before your open house and your admission deadline, and cut to nothing in the months parents are not deciding.

Result: The money lands when the decision is being made.

  5. Admissions counted against ad spend

Every ad enquiry followed through the callback log to an admission or a clear loss, and reported against the baseline taken at the start.

Result: You know the cost of an admission, not the cost of a click.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for educational institutions

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Google Business Profile, your reply time on calls and WhatsApp during the last admissions window, your reviews, and where enquiries dropped off.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Google Business Profile completed for the correct locality and board, a same-day reply routine the admissions desk can follow, and a record of every enquiry.

  3. 3

    Build the admissions pages

A clear page for fees, board affiliation, transport and the next open house, written for the questions a parent actually types.

  4. 4

Bring enquiries in during the window

Local search, genuine parent reviews, and advertising timed to the weeks before your admission deadline, not spread thin across the year.

  5. 5

Keep the seat and the referral

A welcome sequence for new admissions, a referral ask at the right moment, and a record you can use to plan next year's window.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should a school spend on advertising?
Enough to cover the weeks around your open house and your deadline, sized in the audit against your fee and the seats you need to fill. What the platform takes is written separately from what we charge for our time.
Can we advertise our board affiliation and results?
State only what you can evidence. For coaching results, follow the consumer protection guidance issued for coaching centres, including the student's written consent. The affiliation and the registration are yours, so have your management or legal adviser check the wording.
How soon would admissions enquiries pick up?
Fixing your reply time and Google Business Profile helps within the current admissions window, because the searches are already happening. Ranking for a search such as CBSE school near a locality takes longer, often a full admissions cycle.
Do we need to advertise?
A faster reply and a complete profile cost nothing in media, and a parent is already searching by board and locality before any advertisement runs. Advertising makes sense closer to the admission deadline, when a specific number of seats still needs to be filled.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
