Educational institutions · Lead generation

Call back every parent who rang during the March rush.

Lead generation for a school is the enquiry arriving by phone, WhatsApp or a campus visit in a few busy weeks, and the follow-up nobody has time for. GullySales sets up the callback log, the qualifying questions and a follow-up that runs until the fee is paid.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For educational institutions

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The enquiry and the decision are weeks apart

A parent who visits in January pays the fee in March, and nothing in between happens unless somebody calls.

  • A campus visit is the real lead

A family that walked the corridors and asked about the bus route is far closer to enrolling than a form filled at midnight. The two should not sit in one list.

  • The waitlist is a lead list nobody uses

Seats free up through the season, and the family that was second on the list has usually paid elsewhere by the time anyone calls.

What we do

What we deliver for educational institutions.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A callback log the desk can keep

Every call, message and walk-in written into one shared log with the class asked for, the locality and a promised callback time.

Result: No enquiry from the rush is lost on a notepad.

  2. Qualifying questions for the admissions desk

A short script asking the class, the board, the locality and the transport needed, used by whoever answers the phone.

Result: The desk knows within a minute whether a seat fits.

  3. Campus visit booking and reminders

Visit slots booked by name, with a WhatsApp reminder the day before and a follow-up the day after.

Result: More families who book actually turn up.

  4. A follow-up sequence up to fee payment

A written sequence of calls and messages between the visit and the fee deadline, with an owner for each step.

Result: The family that toured is still being spoken to in March.

  5. Waitlist and sibling lists kept live

Waitlisted families and siblings of current students held in the same record as new enquiries, with a call the day a seat opens.

Result: A freed seat is offered to someone who wanted it.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these educational institutions.

  • Pre-schools and play schools
  • CBSE and ICSE schools
  • State board schools
  • Coaching institutes for competitive exams
  • Degree colleges
  • Vocational and skill-training institutes
  • Ed-tech linked hybrid learning centres
  • Multi-branch tutorial chains

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for educational institutions

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Google Business Profile, your reply time on calls and WhatsApp during the last admissions window, your reviews, and where enquiries dropped off.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Google Business Profile completed for the correct locality and board, a same-day reply routine the admissions desk can follow, and a record of every enquiry.

  3. 3

    Build the admissions pages

A clear page for fees, board affiliation, transport and the next open house, written for the questions a parent actually types.

  4. 4

Bring enquiries in during the window

Local search, genuine parent reviews, and advertising timed to the weeks before your admission deadline, not spread thin across the year.

  5. 5

Keep the seat and the referral

A welcome sequence for new admissions, a referral ask at the right moment, and a record you can use to plan next year's window.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our desk cannot answer every call in March. What helps?
A callback log and saved WhatsApp replies for fees, bus routes and documents. A missed call recorded and returned the same evening still converts. An unrecorded one is simply gone.
How many times should we follow up with a parent?
Until they enrol or tell you they have chosen elsewhere. Four or five contacts between the visit and the deadline is normal and not intrusive, as long as each one carries something useful, such as the open house date.
How soon would admissions enquiries pick up?
Fixing your reply time and Google Business Profile helps within the current admissions window, because the searches are already happening. Ranking for a search such as CBSE school near a locality takes longer, often a full admissions cycle.
Do we need to advertise?
A faster reply and a complete profile cost nothing in media, and a parent is already searching by board and locality before any advertisement runs. Advertising makes sense closer to the admission deadline, when a specific number of seats still needs to be filled.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
