Host a session on MSME loans for owners who cannot visit a branch during work hours.

Webinars for a bank mean online sessions explaining a specific scheme or financial topic: MSME loan eligibility, tax-saving investment options, or NRI banking rules. The audience can attend from anywhere without visiting a branch. GullySales plans and promotes these around a specific, useful topic.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What webinars means

A webinar is a live or recorded online session where you explain a topic to prospects who register in advance. It suits products that need explaining before a buyer will commit. GullySales plans the topic, builds the registration page and reports attendance and enquiries afterward, the same enquiry-based reporting used for every other channel.

For banks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A specific, useful topic draws attendance better than a general one”

A webinar titled around a specific scheme's eligibility and documentation draws far more relevant attendance than a broad session simply titled about the bank's services.

  • “NRI-focused webinars solve a real accessibility problem”

An NRI customer in a different time zone benefits from a webinar recording they can watch when convenient. A branch visit cannot solve that gap for this audience at all.

  • “Live question time builds more trust than a one-way presentation”

Allowing genuine, unscripted questions during a webinar on a loan scheme demonstrates confidence in the product and answers concerns a purely promotional video cannot address.

What we do

What we deliver for banks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Specific-topic webinar plan

Sessions titled around a specific scheme, such as MSME loan eligibility, rather than a broad session about the bank generally.

Result: Attendance comes from people who actually need that specific answer.

  2. NRI time-zone-friendly scheduling

Sessions scheduled and recorded for an NRI audience in a different time zone to watch when convenient.

Result: A time-zone gap no longer excludes an NRI customer.

  3. Live question segment

A dedicated, unscripted question period built into each webinar, rather than a one-way presentation only.

Result: A genuine concern gets answered live, building more trust than a pitch.

  4. Targeted promotion by audience fit

Promotion aimed at customers and prospects who actually fit the topic, such as small business owners for an MSME session.

Result: The room fills with people the session is actually meant for.

How the result is measured

  • Registrations
  • Attendance rate
  • Enquiries after the session

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

MSME loan webinar run sheet

Plan an MSME loan webinar around this run sheet so owners leave knowing what to do next.

Title that promises one answer
Name the question, such as who can apply for the scheme and what to bring. A narrow title attracts the owner who is about to apply, and he is the one you want in the session.
A speaker who can answer on eligibility
Have a credit officer or someone who handles the file speak, with the branch head to open. A host who cannot answer eligibility questions loses the room.
A document slide the attendee can photograph
Show the papers to bring: GST returns, income tax returns, bank statements, Udyam registration and property papers where relevant. Share the slide afterwards as a PDF.
Registration questions that help the branch
Ask for business type, city, loan purpose, preferred language and consent to be contacted. These let the branch call with something relevant, not a generic message.
Live questions with a moderator
Let a colleague read out the questions. If one cannot be answered on the spot, note it and have the branch reply to that person afterwards, by name.
A follow-up list and the recording
Send the recording and the document list to everyone who registered, attended or not. Give the branch the list with each person's question so someone calls with a name.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the webinars work runs

  1. 1

    Define the audience and topic

We agree exactly who should attend and the one question the session needs to answer for them.

  2. 2

    Build the session

Content and materials are built around that question, kept specific rather than general.

  3. 3

    Promote to the right list

Invitations go to the defined audience through the channels they actually use, tracked for response.

  4. 4

    Run the session

We support the live delivery, handling registration, technical issues and attendee questions.

  5. 5

    Follow up individually

Every attendee is followed up within days, with a message suited to how engaged they were during the session.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we get people to attend?
Through targeted promotion to customers and prospects who genuinely fit the topic, such as small business owners for an MSME lending webinar, rather than a broad, generic invitation.
Should we record these?
Yes, a recording extends the value of a live session significantly, particularly for time-zone-sensitive audiences like NRI customers.
Can we mention interest rates in a webinar?
Only as your compliance team has cleared. Rates are set centrally and can change after the session. Point to the bank's rate page, say that terms are subject to approval, and keep the session on eligibility and documents.
What do we do about people who register but do not attend?
Send them the recording and the same document list, and treat them as interested. They signed up with a real question and a busy day. Let the branch follow up with them in the same way as the attendees.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
