Fleet operators · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a wedding family and an admin head both find at the same hour.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) for a fleet operator means pages that answer what a transport coordinator, a school trustee or a groom's uncle types into Google when a vehicle is needed. They look for different things, so they need different pages. GullySales builds one page for each kind of buyer and each vehicle you actually own.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For fleet operators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One home page tries to sell to an HR head and a bride's father”

A company wants papers, tracking and a contract. The wedding family wants seats, air conditioning and a photograph of the vehicle. A single page that talks to both convinces neither.

  • “The vehicle you own is not on the website”

A tempo traveller with luggage space and push-back seats and an Innova for the airport are different searches. Pages that say 'we have all vehicles' lose to the operator who lists the seater count and shows the van.

  • “Aggregators own the route searches”

Bengaluru to Mysuru cab, Hyderabad to Srisailam tempo traveller: the first page shown belongs to a booking site. A route page with your own vehicle, your driver's language and a direct number gives the buyer a reason to skip it.

What we do

What we deliver for fleet operators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for corporate employee transport

Written for the facility head: the areas and parks you serve, shift timings you run, tracking and escort set-up, the papers you hold and a form that asks for headcount and pick-up zones.

Result: A transport head searching for a vendor finds a page that reads like a vendor pack.

  2. A page for each vehicle type you own

Tempo traveller, mini-bus, coach, sedan and SUV pages with seat count, luggage space, air conditioning, photographs of the actual vehicle and what the hire includes.

Result: A group organiser sees the vehicle they would actually sit in.

  3. Route and city pages for your real runs

Pages for the outstation routes and pilgrimage circuits you drive often, with stops, usual day plans, driver languages and what the hire covers beyond the kilometre rate.

Result: A family searching for a route lands on your page before a booking site.

  4. A school and college transport page

How routes are planned, the attendant and driver checks, tracking and what a trustee should ask any operator, written for the committee and not for the parents.

Result: Trustees comparing operators have your page to read.

  5. A fix for the pages that already exist

Titles and headings corrected, duplicate city pages merged, the site made quick on a phone, and a record of which searches already bring visits.

Result: The pages you already have stop competing with one another.

  6. Searches traced to enquiries

Each call, form and WhatsApp message tied back to the page it began on, entered in the enquiry register with the segment.

Result: You see which pages bring contracts and which only bring a quote for one trip.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Each search points at one page, and the page answers one buyer.

Employee transport service for company in an IT park or area
Answer with a corporate page for that park: shifts covered, tracking, escort practice, papers held and a form for headcount and zones. Written for a facility head, not a traveller.
Tempo traveller on rent in your city
Answer with a page per vehicle: seats, luggage, air conditioning, photographs, what a day package includes and the extra charges listed plainly.
A city to a pilgrimage or hill station by tempo traveller
Answer with a route page from your own runs, including stops, driver language, overnight halts and permit or toll handling, before the buyer reaches a booking site.
School bus contract service near me
Answer with a page for management: route planning, driver and attendant checks, tracking and how a parent complaint is handled. Add a number that a trustee can reach.
Car on monthly rent for company with driver
Answer with a page on executive cars by the month: models, driver standards, replacement vehicle practice, billing basis and the papers a company asks for.
Wedding guest transport and bus hire
Answer with a page that lists vehicle sizes against guest numbers, decorated-vehicle options and how a plan for multiple pick-ups is made, with a quote on WhatsApp.

Who it is for

This is written for these fleet operators.

  • Employee transport providers for IT parks and offices
  • Factory shift transport contractors
  • School and college bus contractors
  • Tempo traveller and mini-bus operators for tours, weddings and pilgrimages
  • Coach operators for group travel and company offsites
  • Chauffeur-driven cars rented by the month to companies
  • Airport transfer and corporate cab fleets
  • Dedicated delivery fleets for e-commerce and FMCG

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for fleet operators

  1. 1

    Assess

A free audit of where your contracts and bookings came from, how quotes are tracked, how much fleet stands idle and which clients carry most of the revenue.

  2. 2

Get the papers and the rates ready

The vendor pack, a rate sheet worked from your running cost and a clear line on what each quote includes.

  3. 3

Be found for the right search

Pages by segment and place, Google Business Profile and listings, and the lists of facility heads, schools and agents worth calling.

  4. 4

    Quote, follow up and trial

A register for every RFQ and WhatsApp request, a follow-up date on every quote and a route trial handled as a sales step.

  5. 5

    Keep and renew

A contract calendar, an on-time record shown to the client before every review, and calls to travel agents who send you repeat groups.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a page for every vehicle type?
Only for the vehicles you can actually put on the road. A page should show the vehicle, the seats and what the hire includes. Do not list a big coach if you would have to borrow one, because the first call will expose it.
Should we write a page for every route we drive?
Write the ones you run often and can describe from experience. A page for a route with your own driver's tips on the ghat stretch and the lunch stop is useful. Fifty identical pages with a changed town name are what Google ignores.
Can we copy the rate card and wording from a bigger operator's site?
No. The text is copyrighted and the rates are theirs. Worse, the buyer who has seen the original knows. Write what your vehicles carry, where they run and what is charged extra, from your own booking sheet.
Who should own the website and domain?
You, in your name or your company's. Many operators find their site registered in a cousin's or an agency's name when they want to change it. Check the domain account, hosting login and Google accounts before anything else is built.
Two companies give us most of our work. Is marketing really for us?
Yes, because that is the risk. If one cuts its routes your income drops at once. The first job is a list of the companies in your belt who could be a third and fourth client, and a vendor pack that is ready when one of them asks.
Should we register on cab aggregator platforms?
Use them to fill idle vehicles, not as your main source. They bring the booking but keep the customer, and their rates are set by them. Your own contracts and direct enquiries should carry the fleet, with the platform taking the gaps.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
