GullySales

Flower shops · CRM

Hold the sender, the recipient and the delivery slot in one place.

A florist's CRM is the record of who sent flowers to whom, on what date and to which address, kept where the whole shop can read it. GullySales sets up the fields an order actually needs, including the recipient, and gets the counter, the phone and the rider working from the same record.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For flower shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer and the recipient are two different people”

The husband pays and the wife receives, and next year you want both names against one address. A contact record with a single name loses half the order.

  • “The delivery slot is a field, not a scribbled note”

Before six, at the reception desk, after the ceremony. Written as free text it gets missed by the rider, and a wreath arriving late is not a small mistake.

  • “A wedding is a file, not a line in a diary”

Colour palette, venue, mandap size, the planner's number and the advance stages all belong on one record that four months of conversation can be read out of.

What we do

What we deliver for flower shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Fields that match a flower order

Sender, recipient, delivery address and landmark, occasion, date and slot, the arrangement, the card message, advance and balance.

Result: The rider, the counter and the owner all read the same order.

  2. One record whether the order came by phone, counter, chat or website

Every enquiry logged in the same place, so the order book stops being spread across a diary, a phone and an inbox.

Result: Nothing is promised twice and nothing is forgotten on a slow day.

  3. A wedding and event file kept apart from bouquet orders

A longer record holding the venue, the planner, the palette, each quote version sent and the payment stages agreed.

Result: Four months of conversation can be picked up by whoever is free.

  4. Standing corporate orders entered as recurring records

Hotel, office and clinic arrangements set as a repeating order with the day, the vase and the contact who signs for it.

Result: A weekly arrangement is never missed because one person was away.

  5. A recipient list built as you fulfil orders

Names and addresses of everyone who received flowers, with the occasion and who sent them, gathered from work you are doing anyway.

Result: Next year's reminder goes to the sender with the address already in it.

  6. Counter training on the fields that cannot be blank

A short session and a printed rule, so a rushed Valentine's order still carries an address, a slot and a phone number.

Result: The record survives your busiest week.

  7. Orders by occasion, area and value read against the baseline

Same-day against event orders, the areas you deliver to most, and repeat senders, all set beside the baseline recorded before work started.

Result: You can tell whether the weddings or the bouquets are growing.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these flower shops.

  • Neighbourhood flower shops
  • Wedding and event florists
  • Corporate and hotel flower suppliers
  • Online flower delivery services
  • Florists specialising in funeral and sympathy arrangements
  • Florists inside malls and commercial complexes

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for flower shops

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how the shop appears for the same-day, urgent search, how wedding enquiries are quoted, and whether corporate standing orders are being pursued at all.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the delivery promise

Google Business Profile set up for the delivery radius and hours, and a clear, honest same-day delivery promise the team can actually keep.

  3. 3

Build the wedding and event portfolio

A page of real past arrangements organised by style and budget, so a couple can judge quality before asking for a quote.

  4. 4

    Win same-day and planned orders

Local search and Google Ads for urgent searches, and outreach with the portfolio for wedding planners and venues.

  5. 5

    Win and keep corporate accounts

A pitch for standing weekly arrangements to hotels and offices, and a reliability record that protects the account at renewal.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a spreadsheet enough for a single shop?
For a small shop, often yes, as long as the recipient, the address and the slot are separate columns and everyone works from the same copy. Move to a CRM when two people take orders at once, or when you want reminders sent out of the record.
Can we record who received the flowers without upsetting anyone?
You already hold the delivery address to do the job. Keep what the order needs, tell people why you keep it, and delete it when asked. Do not sell the list, and do not message a recipient who never contacted you.
How is marketing different for same-day orders versus weddings?
Same-day orders need speed and a strong local search presence; weddings need a portfolio and patience over weeks. We build both, tracked separately.
Do we need ads for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day?
Usually yes, in the week before. Searches for flower delivery jump around these dates, and many orders are placed only a day or two ahead. A small, radius-limited ad budget then catches buyers your profile alone would miss.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
