Franchise systems · Lead generation

Qualify the candidate before he reaches a development director.

Lead generation for a franchisor fills two pipelines with nothing in common: candidates who can genuinely fund a unit, and customers for the units already trading. GullySales takes the first response on both, qualifies against your own criteria, and records the source of every signing.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For franchise systems

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Most enquiries cannot afford the investment

A development director's week disappears into people with no liquid capital, because nothing checks capital before the call reaches his diary.

  • A broker fee is only worth paying for a stranger

Some candidates a broker introduces had already been on your site. Tagging the source shows which, and that changes what you are willing to pay.

  • An empty diary in one unit poisons the development pipeline

Every serious candidate rings existing owners. Local lead generation is not a separate programme, it is the last stage of the development one.

What we do

What we deliver for franchise systems.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. First response on both pipelines inside agreed hours

Portal enquiries, broker introductions and local customer enquiries picked up within the overlap window we agree with you.

Result: The candidate has spoken to you before he compares.

  2. Capital and timing checked before a diary booking

Liquid capital, net worth, timeline, territory interest and background captured and measured against the criteria your team sets.

Result: Only conversations worth having reach your development director.

  3. Source tagged from first contact to signature

Portal, broker, organic search, event or franchisee referral recorded at the start and carried through to the signed agreement.

Result: You know what each channel costs per owner.

  4. A referral route through existing franchisees

A structured ask, a record and a reward for owners who introduce candidates or open a second unit, instead of waiting for it to happen.

Result: Your best salespeople are the ones already in the system.

  5. Local enquiry handling for quiet units

Call and form handling for units whose diaries are thin, so a struggling owner is not also the one answering the phone badly.

Result: The units your candidates will ring are busier.

  6. A monthly report on both pipelines

Candidate enquiries, qualified candidates, discovery days and signings, alongside local enquiries per unit, each against its baseline.

Result: Neither pipeline is judged on the other's numbers.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these franchise systems.

  • Emerging franchisors under twenty-five units
  • Established systems adding units in new states
  • Food and beverage franchise systems
  • Home services and residential franchise brands
  • Health, fitness and wellness studio franchises
  • Childcare, tutoring and education franchises
  • Senior care and staffing franchise systems
  • Multi-unit and area developer models
  • Franchisors relying on a broker network for most deals

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for franchise systems

  1. 1

    Separate the two funnels

In the free audit we look at development and local marketing apart from each other, because they are usually reported as one number and hide each other's problems.

  2. 2

    Fix the candidate response

Agreed overlap hours, a first call while the candidate is still reading, qualification against your own criteria, and a record your development team can see.

  3. 3

    Set the local base

Every unit's listing, local page and review routine brought to one standard, so franchisees start from the same place rather than from whatever they set up themselves.

  4. 4

    Open new units properly

A pre-opening routine run for each new franchisee, so the ramp does not depend on how confident that particular owner is at marketing.

  5. 5

    Report to both audiences

Development numbers for the board and local numbers per unit for the franchisees, both against the baseline recorded before anything changed.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Would your team be qualifying our candidates?
Against the criteria you set, and no further. We take the first response, check capital, timing and territory, and book the conversation. The selling and anything touching the disclosure document stay with your development director and your counsel.
Where do candidates actually come from?
It differs by system and by year, which is exactly why every source gets tagged. Portals, brokers, your own site, events and existing owners all produce signings in different proportions. Guessing usually overrates the portal you already pay for.
Would your team be selling our franchises?
No. We take the first response, qualify the candidate against your criteria and book the conversation, and your development director or broker does the selling. Some states also register the people who sell franchise offerings, so where the line falls is decided by your franchise counsel and written into the scope.
Can you advertise what our franchisees earn?
Only what your Item 19 already says, and only in the form it says it. The FTC franchise rule and the registration states treat a figure in a social post the same as one in the disclosure document. We keep the copy to what the document supports and send anything borderline to your counsel first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
