Franchise systems · Local SEO

Two hundred listings, and nobody owns the standard.

Local search is where a franchise system leaks most. Every unit has a Business Profile and every franchisee set theirs up differently. GullySales brings the listings to one standard, moves ownership to the franchisor, and builds the per-unit pages that make a map result winnable.

A market cross in a small town square: a stepped stone cross of four worn tiers standing in a ring of cobbles, a coil of stall rope left on the bottom step, a chalk pitch marked out on the stones and a chalk arrow pointing in from the nearest lane

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For franchise systems

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Ownership decides what happens at a transfer

When a unit changes hands, a listing created by the departing owner leaves with them, and the reviews attached to it go too.

  • Service area and storefront are different setups

A mobile home services unit and a studio with a door rank under different rules, so a system with both needs two configurations rather than one template.

  • Duplicate listings appear without anybody creating them

A relocation, a name change or a customer suggestion produces a second pin, and two listings for one unit split its reviews and its ranking.

What we do

What we deliver for franchise systems.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Every listing brought to one standard

Categories, services, hours, photographs, description and contact details set the same way at every location, and checked on a schedule.

Result: A customer in any territory finds the same brand done properly.

  2. Ownership moved to the franchisor

Profiles held centrally with managers granted access, and a documented process for adding, transferring and closing a location.

Result: A transfer is handled in an afternoon.

  3. Duplicate and stale listings cleared

A sweep for second pins, closed units still listed and old addresses, with each one merged, closed or corrected.

Result: Reviews and ranking stop being split between two listings.

  4. Territory boundaries written into unit pages

Each page naming its own neighbourhoods and the work done there, so neighbouring units are distinguishable to a search engine and a customer.

Result: Owners compete with rivals instead of with each other.

  5. A per-unit review routine

A request built into the point of service at each location, with wording that draws out the neighbourhood and the job.

Result: Every listing carries recent, local proof.

  6. A monthly listing report by unit

Calls, direction requests, clicks and new reviews for each location, measured against that unit's own baseline.

Result: The quiet listing is found before the owner complains.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these franchise systems.

  • Emerging franchisors under twenty-five units
  • Established systems adding units in new states
  • Food and beverage franchise systems
  • Home services and residential franchise brands
  • Health, fitness and wellness studio franchises
  • Childcare, tutoring and education franchises
  • Senior care and staffing franchise systems
  • Multi-unit and area developer models
  • Franchisors relying on a broker network for most deals

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for franchise systems

  1. 1

    Separate the two funnels

In the free audit we look at development and local marketing apart from each other, because they are usually reported as one number and hide each other's problems.

  2. 2

    Fix the candidate response

Agreed overlap hours, a first call while the candidate is still reading, qualification against your own criteria, and a record your development team can see.

  3. 3

    Set the local base

Every unit's listing, local page and review routine brought to one standard, so franchisees start from the same place rather than from whatever they set up themselves.

  4. 4

    Open new units properly

A pre-opening routine run for each new franchisee, so the ramp does not depend on how confident that particular owner is at marketing.

  5. 5

    Report to both audiences

Development numbers for the board and local numbers per unit for the franchisees, both against the baseline recorded before anything changed.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should own the Business Profiles?
The franchisor, with managers given access. Then a transfer, a closure or a relocation is handled the same day instead of chasing a former owner for a password.
Our units sit close together and fight for the same map. What helps?
Draw the boundaries and write them into the pages. Each unit names its own neighbourhoods and collects reviews from those residents. The pins cannot be moved, so the difference has to be built into the content.
Would your team be selling our franchises?
No. We take the first response, qualify the candidate against your criteria and book the conversation, and your development director or broker does the selling. Some states also register the people who sell franchise offerings, so where the line falls is decided by your franchise counsel and written into the scope.
Can you advertise what our franchisees earn?
Only what your Item 19 already says, and only in the form it says it. The FTC franchise rule and the registration states treat a figure in a social post the same as one in the disclosure document. We keep the copy to what the document supports and send anything borderline to your counsel first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
