Corporate travel agencies · Website

Give company buyers a corporate site, not a holiday shop with a contact form.

A website for a corporate travel agency is the place where a procurement team checks that you handle companies, your support and your credentials. GullySales plans the pages, the proof and the enquiry route that make that check easy.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For corporate travel agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen decides who stays”

A visitor who lands on beach packages assumes this is a leisure agency. The first screen should say who you serve, such as companies and their staff, and offer a way to request the capability document.

  • “Credentials answer silent questions”

A buyer wants to know who answers after hours, how invoices work and how data is kept. Pages that explain these plainly save a call and filter out buyers who do not fit.

  • “Forms should reach a person”

An enquiry that goes to a shared inbox with no owner waits for days. Name who receives corporate enquiries, route them separately from leisure ones and confirm receipt to the sender.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate travel agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A corporate section with clear structure

Pages for what you handle, who you serve, how support works and how to start, kept apart from leisure content.

Result: A company buyer finds the corporate offer straight away.

  2. Capability document request page

A short page and form delivering the document, with the request going to a named person.

    Result: Every request reaches someone.

  3. Support and escalation page

A page explaining your hours, the route for urgent changes and who is accountable, written only with what you can staff.

Result: The page states what you actually do.

  4. Sample invoice and data handling pages

A redacted invoice and a plain note on how traveller data is stored and who sees it, checked by your lawyer.

Result: Finance and legal questions are answered before the call.

  5. Mobile and speed check

A review of how the site displays on a phone and how long pages take to open, with a list of repairs.

Result: An admin head on a phone can read and request.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need two separate sites?
Not necessarily. One site can hold both if the corporate section is clear and separate. If leisure content dominates the top, consider a separate section or domain for companies.
Should we show our fees?
State how you charge, such as per booking or a fixed fee, and keep numbers for the proposal. Fees depend on volume and scope, and a public figure invites comparison without context.
What proof is safe to show?
Descriptions of the kind of firm you serve, your processes and documents you hold. Use named clients or quotes only with written permission. Do not claim awards or numbers you cannot document.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
