Luxury hotels · Content marketing

Content is how a hotel answers the guest's questions before the guest asks.

Content marketing for a luxury hotel is the writing, photography and film that answer what a guest wants to know before choosing a property, such as what a weekend there involves. GullySales works on the topics, the planning of each piece and the use of past-guest knowledge inside the hotel.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For luxury hotels

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Guests choose on detail, and detail needs room to be written”

A guest comparing two five-star hotels is deciding on small things: the breakfast, the quiet of a floor, how the pool is used at noon. A page of general praise cannot carry these, and a well-made guide can.

  • “The staff already hold the best material”

The concierge knows the sunrise spot, the chef knows the season's menu, and the front office knows what anniversary guests ask for. This knowledge reaches the guest only when someone writes it down.

  • “A guide to the city is a reason to visit the site”

A guest planning a trip reads about the places to see long before choosing a bed. A hotel that publishes a trustworthy guide is met early, and a hotel that publishes only offers is met late.

What we do

What we deliver for luxury hotels.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An editorial calendar built on guest questions

Topics drawn from reservations messages, reviews and concierge notes, set against the seasons and events of your destination.

Result: Each piece answers a question guests really ask.

  2. A hotel guide to the city

A written guide to sights, food, shopping and day trips, signed by your concierge and updated when something changes.

Result: Planning guests find you before they have chosen a bed.

  3. Menu, spa and event stories

Short features on a signature dish, a treatment or a wedding setting, with photography that shows the real thing.

Result: Each outlet has a page worth sharing.

  4. A repurposing plan

Each long piece cut into posts, a mailer paragraph and a WhatsApp message, so one effort serves several channels.

Result: One article does the work of several.

  5. Review and approval steps

A short check by the general manager before anything is published, so facts, prices and names are right.

Result: Nothing goes out that the hotel has not read.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the content?
GullySales drafts, and your team supplies the knowledge and approves. Content in the hotel's voice needs the concierge and chef to speak into it. We shape what they say rather than inventing it.
How do we know the content is working?
Watch for enquiries that mention a guide or a story, pages that bring visitors to the enquiry route and shares among travel designers. We set those marks down before the first piece goes out.
Is video worth the cost?
Where the property is the product, yes. A short film of a suite or a dinner carries more than a paragraph. Production is quoted separately and in writing, apart from our time and your media spend.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
