Travel insurance agencies · Digital marketing

Match each channel to the moment the traveller needs cover.

Digital marketing for a travel insurance agency joins search, partner outreach, WhatsApp and reviews into one plan around the visa and travel calendar. GullySales picks the channels from your enquiry records and drops the ones that bring only price hunters.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For travel insurance agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buying window is short”

A traveller decides within the days around the visa appointment or the ticket. Channels that reach people at that moment, such as search and partner referrals, matter more than ones that build general awareness.

  • “Each channel brings a different buyer”

Search brings the deadline traveller, partner outreach brings the student or the senior, and a corporate email brings a group. Treating them as one audience means every message is wrong for someone.

  • “Spend follows the travel season”

Student intakes and holiday months raise demand. Planning spend against the calendar and pausing when the season ends is cheaper than a flat budget through the year.

  • “Measure policies, not clicks”

A click is not a policy. Recording which source each issued policy came from is the only way to know which channel to keep and which to drop.

What we do

What we deliver for travel insurance agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan from your own enquiries

A written plan that names the channels worth running for your agency, based on where your travellers came from.

Result: The plan lists each channel with the reason it was chosen.

  2. Search campaigns for deadline buyers

Google Ads built on checklist phrases and sent to the matching destination page.

Result: Each campaign has a matching page.

  3. A partner outreach plan

Notes and visits to visa consultants, counsellors and travel agents, with the referral arrangement in writing.

Result: Each partner has a recorded arrangement.

  4. A seasonal calendar

A calendar showing student intakes, holiday months and corporate travel periods against planned activity.

Result: Activity is scheduled against the travel year.

  5. A source report

A simple sheet showing enquiries, quotes and policies by source.

Result: You can read which channel brought each policy.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small agency start?
Start with the destination pages, the WhatsApp quote routine and two or three partners. Add paid search once the pages and the follow-up are in place.
Is paid advertising worth it for insurance?
Test with a small budget on checklist searches and compare the policies it brings with the cost. Insurance advertising rules differ, so check every advert with your insurer.
Can we run a campaign by ourselves?
You can, but a record of sources and a clear page behind each advert is needed first. GullySales sets those up so the campaign can be judged.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
