Serviced apartments · Content marketing

Answer the question a new joiner's family asks before they ring, on a page they can find.

Content marketing for serviced apartments is the set of pages, photographs and short videos that answer what a company desk, a relocating family or a patient's relative asks before booking a stay of weeks. GullySales writes them from your own front-desk questions, in the languages your guests use, and places each where the buyer will find it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For serviced apartments

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Serviced apartment, hotel or PG is the real question”

A buyer weighing three kinds of stay has no plain guide to the difference. A page on what an apartment gives for six weeks that a hotel room and a PG bed do not, and what it does not, is one nobody else has written for you.

  • “Moving to a new city is a list, and the flat is one line on it”

A family moving for a job needs schools, a broker, a doctor and a flat. A guide to the first weeks in Bengaluru earns the visit and the bookmark, and your number goes with it.

  • “The honest page beats the glossy one”

A page that says the building has a lift but no lift attendant, or that the community bars visitors after ten at night, loses the wrong guest and keeps the right one. Complaints come from guests who were not told.

What we do

What we deliver for serviced apartments.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Serviced apartment, hotel or PG, compared for six weeks

A plain comparison of kitchen, laundry, housekeeping, privacy and notice terms, including where a hotel is the better choice.

Result: A buyer trusts the page because it admits what an apartment lacks.

  2. Relocation guide for a new joiner

A guide to groceries, transport, schools, a doctor and the first documents needed in a new city, written around your area.

Result: A joiner's family keeps your page, and your number, for the move.

  3. Move-in and move-out guide

A page on documents, deposit, check-in, utilities and move-out, so that the common questions are answered before arrival.

Result: The guest arrives knowing the rules and the deposit statement.

  4. A neighbourhood guide for each building

A page on the walk or ride to the nearest tech park, hospital, metro, food and pharmacy, built from your own knowledge of the area.

Result: A buyer picks the building by the life around it.

  5. Front-desk questions written up as answers

The questions your reception hears most, each answered on the page where a buyer would look for it.

Result: Fewer calls ask something the website already answers.

  6. A short walk-through video of a unit and the building

A phone or studio video of the entrance, the lift, the unit and the kitchen, shot by day, with the rate and the rules in the text beside it.

Result: A buyer sees how big the kitchen really is.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

The questions a company desk, a family or a patient's relative asks before booking a stay of weeks, and the piece that answers each.

Serviced apartment, hotel or PG for six weeks?
A comparison page in plain words: kitchen, laundry, housekeeping, privacy, notice terms and the cost of eating out. Say where a hotel is the better choice, which earns the reader's trust.
What is included in the stay rate?
A page listing what the rate covers and what is billed on actuals, such as electricity above a stated limit, laundry or extra cleaning. Surprises on the bill start the angry reviews.
How do I get a GST invoice and register as a vendor?
A one-page guide for HR: the documents you provide, the details you need from the company and who to send them to. Offer a PDF the desk can attach to its vendor form.
What happens if my posting ends early?
State the notice period and what is returned, in plain sentences, with a sample deposit statement. A buyer who fears being locked in picks the apartment that says what happens.
Is it suitable for a family staying near the hospital?
A page on distance, lift access, the kitchen, a quiet room and the nearest pharmacy and food. Describe the stay and the surroundings, not the treatment.
What are the first weeks in a new city like?
A guide to groceries, autos and taxis, schools, a doctor, the metro and the nearest market. A joiner's family saves it, and your number with it.

Who it is for

This is written for these serviced apartments.

  • Purpose-built serviced apartment buildings with a reception
  • Furnished flats run by an operator inside a gated community
  • Apartments near tech parks for project teams and new joiners
  • Medical-stay apartments near hospitals
  • Villa-style serviced residences for families and expats
  • Single-owner flats let out through a management company
  • Studio and one-bedroom blocks for consultants and transferred staff

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the content marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can our manager or housekeeping supervisor take part?
Yes, and their answers are the best material. A manager explaining the move-out checklist reads as a real person. Ask each person first, agree what they may say and whether their name appears, since a video outlives the job.
Which languages should we write in?
English for company desks, and Kannada, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu for the pages a family would read, such as the guide to the area near a hospital. Have a native speaker write it. One page properly in two languages beats five that were run through a tool.
Is video better than text?
They answer different questions. Text carries the rule and the rate, and it is what a search engine or an assistant quotes. A short video shows how big the kitchen really is. Film in daylight, keep it short, and put the rate and the rules in the text beside it.
Can we show a guest's flat or a guest in a photograph?
Not without their written permission, and not a flat with someone's belongings in view. Use a unit between stays with nothing personal showing. If a guest agrees to appear in a story, write down what they agreed to and the date.
Do we need to be on Booking.com and Airbnb, or can referrals fill us?
Referrals and company accounts can fill a building, but the stranger searching finds you on Google Maps and the booking sites. Keep two or three listings current instead of six, and treat each platform guest as the start of a direct booking.
Can we run serviced apartments inside a gated community?
Some associations restrict letting for short stays, and the registration rules for guest accommodation differ by state and local body. Check your lease, the association's bylaws and your local rules with your own adviser before you advertise. A complaint from a neighbour can close a listing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
