Interior fit-out contractors · Content marketing

Write down the answers a project manager wants before the first meeting.

Content marketing for an interior fit-out contractor is writing and filming the answers your partners give a project manager before the first meeting: how a clash is settled, what a quote includes, how handover works. GullySales picks those questions from your own site experience and turns each into a page a consultant can forward.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For interior fit-out contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Your engineers know the answers and none is written”

The site engineer explains how MEP is coordinated with the ceiling to every client. None of it is on the website or in a document.

  • “Design blogs bring the wrong readers”

Posts on colour trends and workplace design draw designers and students. A buyer deciding whom to invite is looking for how you control a site.

  • “The buyer's fear is delay and disputes”

A project manager's worry is a missed handover and a dispute over extras. A page on how you handle both answers the worry before the meeting.

What we do

What we deliver for interior fit-out contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A list of questions from site and from quoting

The questions project managers and clients put to your partners and estimator, collected and ranked by how often they come up.

Result: The content starts from real questions.

  2. A page on how you coordinate trades

How civil, MEP and finishes are sequenced, how a clash is found and settled, shown with a drawing and a site photograph.

Result: A project manager sees how you control the site.

  3. A page on what a quotation includes

A sample layout with items, specification, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and validity, so a buyer can read three quotes side by side.

Result: Buyers ask better questions of every contractor.

  4. A handover and snag-list guide

What the walk-through covers, how the snag list is closed and signed and what the defect period means.

Result: A client knows how the project ends.

  5. A checklist for fitting out a leased floor

The questions to ask the landlord and the building management about permissions, working hours and services, saying that rules differ by building and city.

Result: The page is worth saving.

  6. A report against the baseline

Enquiries and downloads that began on a content page, set beside the baseline recorded before the work began.

Result: You can see which pages bring invitations.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

These are the questions buyers put first, and the piece that answers each.

'Who is responsible if MEP clashes with the ceiling?'
Write how you coordinate civil, MEP and finishes before and during work, with an example drawing review. Project managers read for how you deal with a clash, not for design.
'What is the difference between an interior designer and a fit-out contractor?'
Explain who produces the drawings, who builds, who is accountable on site and where design-and-build combines them. Be honest about when a buyer needs a separate designer.
'How long will the fit-out take?'
Explain what sets the schedule: drawing approval, permissions, material lead times and the building's rules on working hours. Do not publish a number of days you cannot hold.
'What approvals does a leased floor need?'
Landlord and building management permissions, fire and electrical requirements and local rules vary by building and city. Write the questions to ask the landlord, and say plainly that rules differ.
'What is a snag list, and when do I sign off?'
Describe the handover walk-through, the snag list, its closure and the defect period. A client reading this knows what the end looks like, and a consultant sees you have a process.
'What should a bill of quantities and quotation include?'
Show a sample with items, units, specifications, exclusions and assumptions. A buyer comparing three quotes wants to know what is missing from the cheapest one.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for interior fit-out contractors

  1. 1

Listen to how projects are won

The free audit call traces where invitations come from and where quotes are lost.

  2. 2

    Document what you have built

    A project record with consent.

  3. 3

    Be known before the tender

    A consultant contact routine.

  4. 4

    Quote fast and query early

    A quoting process and template.

  5. 5

    Report on projects, not activity

A report on invitations, quotes and projects against the baseline taken before anything changed.

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes it if the engineers are always on site?
A short call with a partner and a site engineer is enough. We write it up from what they say, and they correct it before it is published, so it states what they would say across a table.
Do our staff need to be experts for this to work?
They already are. The content has to say what they say on site: how a clash is caught, why a drawing query is raised before pricing. What is missing is a written version, not skill.
Which language should the pages be in?
English for consultants, corporate clients and landlords, who read specifications in English. Add a local language only for shop and clinic owners who buy in it, and have someone who knows the trade words write it.
Is video better than text for this kind of buyer?
A text page is what a consultant forwards and what search picks up. A short site walk-through adds proof. Write the pages for the questions in the table first, and film a completed floor and a handover next.
Can we show photographs of completed projects?
With the client's written permission. Many corporate clients restrict photography of their premises, so the consent should be specific.
Can we name our clients?
Only with their permission. Some will allow the project to be shown without the name.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
