Interior fit-out contractors · Website

A website that shows a project manager your finished floors, your scope and your paperwork.

Website development for an interior fit-out contractor builds a site a consultant or facilities head can use to check you before inviting you to quote. GullySales structures it around project pages, the scope you cover, a downloadable company profile and an enquiry form that takes drawings.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For interior fit-out contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A designer's gallery instead of a contractor's record”

Large photographs and mood words tell a project manager nothing about the area, the scope or the handover.

  • “The company profile is a PDF nobody can find”

A vendor desk asks for registrations and a project list, and the file is buried in a folder or a partner's email.

  • “The enquiry form asks for too little”

A name and a phone number give the estimator nothing to decide on. A project manager sending drawings needs somewhere to attach them.

What we do

What we deliver for interior fit-out contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Project pages with the facts

Client type, space, area, scope, trades involved and handover, with photographs of finished work and the client's consent.

Result: A consultant can judge the record in a few minutes.

  2. A page on scope

What your own crews do and what you sub-contract, trade by trade.

Result: A project manager sees who is accountable.

  3. A company profile page and download

Registrations, GST details, safety practice, insurance cover and a project list, in a file a vendor desk can open.

Result: A registration request is answered with a link.

  4. An enquiry form for drawings

Space type, area, location, date and a file upload, and a stated route for sending drawings.

Result: Estimators get the facts at the first contact.

  5. A page for consultants

How to send drawings, who reads them and what you will send back first.

Result: Consultants know what to expect.

  6. Domain, hosting and tracking

The domain and hosting in your name, with form submissions and calls counted.

Result: The site is yours and you can see what it brings.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

A consultant checks a contractor's site for a few things, and each should be easy to find.

Projects with space, area and scope
Each project shows the client type, the space, the area, the scope you did and the handover. Use photographs of the finished work, taken with permission, and not renders.
What you do yourself and what you sub-contract
State which trades your own crews do and which you sub-contract. Project managers ask this first, since it tells them who is accountable on site.
Your paperwork
A downloadable profile with registrations, GST details, safety practice, insurance cover and a project list. Put it where a consultant filling in a vendor form can find it in one click.
People and site supervision
Name the partners and show the site team's structure, with photographs. Consultants want to know who will answer a drawing query late in the evening.
How to send drawings and ask for a quote
A form with space type, area, location, date and a file upload, plus a stated WhatsApp route. Say who reads it and what you send back first.
Reference clients
List the clients who agreed to be named and to take a reference call. Do not list a client who has not agreed, and do not use a logo without written permission.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for interior fit-out contractors

  1. 1

Listen to how projects are won

The free audit call traces where invitations come from and where quotes are lost.

  2. 2

    Document what you have built

    A project record with consent.

  3. 3

    Be known before the tender

    A consultant contact routine.

  4. 4

    Quote fast and query early

    A quoting process and template.

  5. 5

    Report on projects, not activity

A report on invitations, quotes and projects against the baseline taken before anything changed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a listing on a directory enough for us?
A directory brings enquiries, but a project manager checking you wants your record in your own words. Use directories to be found and your site to be believed, and keep the facts the same on both.
Does the site need other languages?
English is enough for consultants and corporate clients. A shop or clinic owner may prefer Kannada, Hindi or another local language, so add a short page in that language for them, written by someone who knows the trade words.
Will project managers open it on a phone?
Many will, between site visits, so large drawings and heavy galleries must not break the page. Check that the downloads open on a phone and that the project pages load on mobile data.
An agency registered our domain years ago. Does that matter?
Yes. Ask for the registration details and a transfer into your own or your company's name. Until then the agency decides whether the site stays up and where it can move. Keep the login with a partner, and diarise the renewal.
Can we show photographs of completed projects?
With the client's written permission. Many corporate clients restrict photography of their premises, so the consent should be specific.
Can we name our clients?
Only with their permission. Some will allow the project to be shown without the name.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
