Interior fit-out contractors · Search engine optimisation

Be found by the facilities head who searches for an office fit-out contractor in your city.

SEO for an interior fit-out contractor makes your company appear when a facilities head, a project manager or a founder searches for an office, shop or clinic fit-out. GullySales builds a page for each type of space you fit out, backed by projects you have documented with the client's consent.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For interior fit-out contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A fit-out buyer searches by space type and city”

A clinic owner types 'clinic interior contractors in Indiranagar'. An admin head types 'office fit-out contractors Bengaluru'. A page that says 'we do all interiors' matches neither.

  • “The buyer wants proof and the site shows renders”

Rendered images borrowed from designers read as a design studio's portfolio. A project manager looking for a contractor wants photographs of finished work, with the area and scope.

  • “Design studios outrank contractors for the same words”

A search for interior designers brings up studios. A contractor needs pages on execution, civil and MEP coordination and handover to be the answer to a different question.

What we do

What we deliver for interior fit-out contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each type of space

Offices, retail and showrooms, clinics and hospitals, restaurants and cafes, each saying what you build, how you coordinate trades and which projects of that type you have done.

Result: A buyer searching for his kind of space finds a page about it.

  2. A project page for each job you may show

Space type, area, scope, the trades involved and the handover, with photographs of the finished work and the client's written consent.

Result: A consultant has a page to forward.

  3. A page on how you execute

Design-and-build against build-to-drawing, MEP coordination, site supervision, snag closure and handover, written the way your site team explains it.

Result: A project manager can judge how you work before inviting you.

  4. City and area pages for where you work

The business districts and building clusters where you have built, with the projects nearby named only with consent.

Result: Searches with a locality can match your company.

  5. Titles and headings in the buyer's words

Every page given a title and a heading using the words a facilities head would type, with no two pages competing for the same search.

Result: A page has one job, and the search it answers is clear.

  6. A report against the baseline

Calls, forms and invitations to quote that began in search, set beside the baseline recorded before the work began.

Result: You can see whether the pages bring invitations.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Fit-out buyers search in these shapes, and each needs a page that answers it.

Office interior contractors in your city
A facilities or admin head with a new floor to fit out. Answer with an office fit-out page listing what you build, the project record with consent and how you coordinate civil and MEP.
Clinic interior contractors
A doctor setting up a clinic, or a hospital's project team. Cover consulting rooms, waiting and reception, and the services behind the walls. Approvals differ by city, so say what you handle and what the client does.
Retail showroom fit-out
A brand opening a store in a mall or on a high street. Cover joinery, lighting, signage and the mall's fit-out guidelines, and say which handover dates from the landlord you work to.
Interior designer or fit-out contractor
A buyer unsure which to hire. Write the page that explains who does what, where design-and-build works and what a buyer should expect to receive on paper from each.
Interior fit-out cost per square foot
The most common search, and the one to answer carefully. Explain what moves the rate, such as specification, services and finishes, and invite a visit. Do not publish a rate you cannot hold.
False ceiling, partition and joinery work
A package search, often from a project manager splitting trades. Give each package a short page on what it covers, the materials, and the drawings you need before you quote.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for interior fit-out contractors

  1. 1

Listen to how projects are won

The free audit call traces where invitations come from and where quotes are lost.

  2. 2

    Document what you have built

    A project record with consent.

  3. 3

    Be known before the tender

    A consultant contact routine.

  4. 4

    Quote fast and query early

    A quoting process and template.

  5. 5

    Report on projects, not activity

A report on invitations, quotes and projects against the baseline taken before anything changed.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a page for every project?
For every project you have consent to show, yes. A page with the space, scope, area and handover, with photographs, is evidence a project manager can forward. A gallery of unlabelled pictures proves nothing to a consultant.
Do we need a blog?
A few pieces answering the questions in the searches above are worth writing: what a fit-out covers, how handover works, what a snag list is. Posts on design trends bring designers and students, not buyers who sign work orders.
Should we write a page for every locality in the city?
Only for the business districts and building clusters where you have built or can name nearby work. Pages that only change the area name read as copies, and search engines and assistants skip them.
Can an architect's name appear on our project pages?
Only with that architect's permission and the client's. Credit the designer where both agree, since a credit reaches that designer's network. Where either says no, describe the work without names.
Can we show photographs of completed projects?
With the client's written permission. Many corporate clients restrict photography of their premises, so the consent should be specific.
Can we name our clients?
Only with their permission. Some will allow the project to be shown without the name.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
