Interior fit-out contractors · Video marketing

Show the floor being built, then show it handed over.

Video marketing for an interior fit-out contractor is short films of the work itself: a completed floor, a site in progress, a handover walk-through. GullySales plans what to film on your sites, with the client's permission, and where each film goes so a consultant or buyer can find it.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What video marketing means

Video marketing is using short videos, such as a product demonstration or a customer walkthrough, to explain your business on social media, your website and Google listings. GullySales scripts, shoots and edits these videos around the questions buyers ask before they visit or call.

For interior fit-out contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Finished interiors are filmed by designers, not contractors”

A designer's reel shows the mood. A contractor's film should show what was built under it: the ceiling, the services, the joinery being fitted.

  • “Filming on site needs permission and safety”

A client or a building may not allow photography, and an unsafe shot damages the name of a careful contractor.

  • “The film ends with a logo and no next step”

The music stops and the project manager does not know what to do. A film needs one action: a project page, a profile, a call.

What we do

What we deliver for interior fit-out contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A walk-through of a completed floor

Entry, work areas, ceilings and services, with the area and the scope as text on the screen.

Result: A buyer sees the finished work and the facts together.

  2. Stage photographs and short clips of a running site

A site at partitions-up, at services-run and at finishes, with the site engineer saying what is being checked.

Result: A consultant sees how you run a site.

  3. A short film on how you coordinate trades

A drawing and a site shot used to show how a clash is found and settled before the ceiling closes.

Result: The project manager's main worry is answered.

  4. An introduction to the partners and site team

A short piece from the partner who answers drawing queries and the engineer who runs the site.

Result: Buyers meet the people before the meeting.

  5. A permission and safety note

A written consent from the client for what may be filmed and where it may be shown, and a site rule on safety gear in every shot.

Result: Filming never causes a problem on site.

  6. A place for each film

The project page, the Business Profile, YouTube and a link ready to send on WhatsApp to a consultant.

Result: Each film is found where buyers look.

How the result is measured

  • Views
  • Watch time
  • Enquiries traced to video

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Videos worth making

These are the videos a contractor can make, and what each should show.

Walk-through of a finished floor
Film the entry, the work areas, the ceilings and the services, with the area and scope as text on the screen. Put it on the project page and send the link to a consultant who asks for a reference.
A site in progress
Show a stage such as partitions up and services run, with the site engineer saying what is being checked. Film only where the client and the building allow it, with safety gear visible.
How you coordinate civil, MEP and finishes
A short explainer using a drawing and a site shot: how a clash is found and settled before the ceiling closes. This speaks to the project manager's main worry.
The partners and the site team
A short introduction by the partner who will answer drawing queries and the engineer who runs the site. Buyers and consultants hire people they have seen.
A handover walk-through
Show the snag list being closed with the client's representative, with consent. It shows the ending, which is the part clients remember.
What not to film
Do not film another company's confidential layout, staff or documents, or use music you have no rights to. Get the client's permission in writing and check the platform's current rules.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for interior fit-out contractors

  1. 1

Listen to how projects are won

The free audit call traces where invitations come from and where quotes are lost.

  2. 2

    Document what you have built

    A project record with consent.

  3. 3

    Be known before the tender

    A consultant contact routine.

  4. 4

    Quote fast and query early

    A quoting process and template.

  5. 5

    Report on projects, not activity

A report on invitations, quotes and projects against the baseline taken before anything changed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a phone good enough?
For site stages and walk-throughs, yes, held steady and shot in daylight. Keep a professional crew for the one showpiece project the client is happy to have filmed well, and use phones for the rest.
How long should a project film be?
Long enough to show the space and no longer. A floor walk-through can run a few minutes with text on screen, and an explainer should answer one question. Put the most important shot in the first few seconds.
Do we need the client's consent to film?
Yes. Get written permission naming what may be filmed and where it may be shown. Corporate clients often restrict photography and the building management may need to agree too. Where they say no, do not film.
Can we use music we find on the internet?
Only music you have the right to use, such as tracks from a licensed library. Platforms mute or remove videos with unlicensed music, and the owner can claim. If you have no licence, use quiet site sound with captions.
Can we show photographs of completed projects?
With the client's written permission. Many corporate clients restrict photography of their premises, so the consent should be specific.
Can we name our clients?
Only with their permission. Some will allow the project to be shown without the name.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
