Packaging manufacturers · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the brand buying ten thousand cartons a month, not for one.

Paid search puts a packaging unit in front of brands looking for a supplier today, at a click price every converter in the city is bidding up. GullySales runs the campaigns by pack type, keeps the machinery and single-piece searches out, and reports on enquiries that were worth quoting.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For packaging manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The wrong searcher costs the same as the right one

Custom box price brings a college project, a wedding card printer and a brand buying every month. You pay identically for all three.

  • Machinery searches sit right beside yours

Corrugation machine price, box making machine and packaging company vacancy all live next to your keywords, and have to be blocked from day one.

  • One campaign per pack, because the margins differ

A pouch enquiry and a shipping carton enquiry are two different sales. Sharing a budget means the cheaper one quietly eats the other.

What we do

What we deliver for packaging manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns split by pack type

A separate campaign, budget and landing page for each pack you want to fill capacity on, rather than one campaign for packaging.

Result: You can stop the campaigns that are not paying without losing the ones that are.

  2. A block list for machinery, jobs and rates

Negative keywords covering machine sales, second-hand plant, job seekers and raw board enquiries, reviewed every month as new terms appear.

Result: The budget goes to buyers instead of browsers.

  3. Landing pages that state quantity upfront

A page per campaign stating the minimum order, the sizes you run and the print process, with a form asking for quantity and delivery place.

Result: An enquiry arrives with enough in it to quote.

  4. Call and WhatsApp tracking on every ad

Each call and message from an ad recorded against the campaign and pack type it came from, not counted as one lump.

Result: You know which ad produced the enquiry your estimator is quoting.

  5. Retargeting for buyers who asked for a sample

People who read a pack page or requested a dieline followed on Google and YouTube while your sample is still on their desk.

Result: A quiet sample gets a second reminder without a phone call.

  6. Cost per quotable enquiry, reported monthly

Spend compared with enquiries that had a real quantity behind them, by pack type, against the baseline from the audit.

Result: The advertising is judged on orders, not on clicks.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Why advertise when IndiaMART already sends enquiries?
Because a search ad takes the buyer to your own page. There the minimum order and the specification are stated, and your name stands alone instead of sitting in a row with nine other converters.
How do we keep tiny enquiries out of the ads?
Put the minimum order in the ad text and at the top of the landing page. A founder wanting two hundred boxes decides before clicking. If small orders suit you, they get their own campaign with fixed sizes and a starter minimum.
How do we get on a big brand's approved vendor list?
Be known before the opening appears. Keep a capability profile ready for vendor registration, and stay in touch with the purchase and brand teams. When they launch or redesign a product, offer a sample first.
How should we talk to buyers when paper prices rise?
Agree price-revision terms in the quotation, tied to board or paper prices, before the order starts. Then when prices move, the conversation follows an agreement instead of a surprise.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
