Payroll and HR outsourcing firms · Website

Show who checks the payroll and where the salary data sits.

A website for a payroll and HR outsourcing firm has to answer an owner's worry about handing over salary data, and show the scope of work in plain terms. GullySales builds the service pages, the controls note and a quote-request form that captures what you need to price the job.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For payroll and HR outsourcing firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site shows services, not control”

A page of payroll, HR and compliance with a smiling stock photo says nothing about who prepares a run, who checks it or who can see the bank file.

  • “A contact form that asks only for a name and number”

A finance head wants to describe headcount and states. A form that asks for neither produces a call that starts from nothing.

  • “The site hides the people”

An owner handing over salary data wants to see who will run it. A site with no named payroll lead looks like an agency that can disappear.

What we do

What we deliver for payroll and HR outsourcing firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Service pages by what you run

Payroll processing, statutory filings, contract payroll, exits and labour audits, each stating scope, inclusions and what the client still does.

Result: A buyer sees exactly what is being offered.

  2. A page on controls and data handling

Who prepares, checks and approves, who can open salary data, and what happens to data at the end of the agreement. Checked by your lawyer before it goes live.

Result: The security question has an answer on the site.

  3. A state coverage page

The states you file in, the registrations that differ in each and the date the rules were last checked.

Result: A company with a branch elsewhere knows you cover it.

  4. A quote-request form built for scoping

Headcount, states, current process and the date they want to switch, in a form that works well on a phone, with a WhatsApp option beside it.

Result: Enquiries arrive with the facts needed for a quote.

  5. A people page with named leads

The payroll lead, the compliance lead and the account manager, with what each does and how to reach them.

Result: An owner can see who they would deal with.

  6. Enquiry tracking by page

Calls, form fills and WhatsApp messages traced to the page they began on, against the baseline from the audit.

Result: You see which pages bring owners and which bring readers.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What an owner looks for before handing over salary data, and how the site shows it.

Who runs and who checks the payroll
Name the payroll lead and the person who checks each run, and say that the bank file is approved by a second person. An owner reads this as proof that one person's absence cannot stop the cycle.
What the rate covers and what is extra
List what is inside, such as the cycle, filings and employee queries, and what is billed separately, such as exits or a new state. No figure on the page, which a written quote gives.
How salary data is handled
Say who can open files, how bank files are approved, where data is stored and what happens when the agreement ends. Have a lawyer read the wording, and avoid claims you cannot prove.
States and filings you cover
List the states, and for each the PF, ESI, professional tax and labour welfare filings you file yourselves. Mark what the client files, so no one expects what you do not do.
How a switch is made
Show the handover documents, one run beside the old process, the sign-off and the switch date. An owner afraid of a bad first salary reads this page twice.
A way to ask that fits the job
A form asking headcount, states, current process and the date they want to switch, with a WhatsApp option beside it. Name the payroll lead who will reply, not an anonymous inbox.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for payroll and HR outsourcing firms

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace where your last signed clients came from, how many quotes were lost and why, and how onboarding actually runs for a new client.

  2. 2

    Make the work visible

Service pages by what you run, a note on how a run is checked, and a data-handling page, so an owner can judge your control without a visit.

  3. 3

    Fix the quote

A scoping sheet and a written quote that show what the rate covers, so you are no longer compared on one number.

  4. 4

Reach the people who recommend you

CAs, auditors, bankers, associations and software resellers, each with a short note on what you take and what you leave with them.

  5. 5

    Convert and keep

An enquiry record, an onboarding checklist with one owner, and a log of client queries that shows who is unhappy before they write the notice.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a listing on IndiaMART or JustDial enough instead of a website?
A listing brings price shoppers. A buyer trusting you with salary data wants to see how you work, and a listing cannot show it. Use directories for reach, and keep your own site as the place where the decision is made.
Do we need pages in Kannada, Tamil or Hindi?
For the owner of a small plant in a smaller town, a short page on your service in the local language helps. Finance heads and HR leads at larger companies read English. Translate the first page and the form, not the whole site.
Does mobile speed matter for us?
Yes. Owners search from a phone at the plant or on the road, often on a weak signal. Keep images small, avoid heavy sliders and test the form on mobile data before it goes live.
Who should hold the registration for our domain and the email addresses on it?
The firm, in a mailbox the firm controls. Quote replies, filing intimations and every payroll lead's address run on that domain, so losing it stops client mail as well as the site. Get the registrar login in writing when the site is built.
How do we market ourselves without naming our clients?
Show the control, not the logo. Describe the work by sector, state and size of payroll, and publish a note on how a run is checked. Name a client only with their written agreement, because payroll is among the most private work a company hands out.
Should we publish our per-employee rate?
No. A bare number invites the comparison you are trying to escape. Publish what the rate covers and what is billed separately, and give the figure in a written quote after a scoping call.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
