Photography and videography studios · Lead generation

The couple messaging at midnight books whoever answers first.

Lead generation for a studio is taking the enquiry, checking the date and sending a quote before the couple hears back from anybody else. GullySales sets the questions asked at first contact, gives the team a quote it can send within hours, and keeps every held date in one shared record.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For photography and videography studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The first quote out usually wins the meeting

A couple messages three studios on a Sunday evening. Whoever replies that night with a package and a date confirmation gets the meeting, and the meeting is where the advance is paid.

  • Two photographers, one date, one very unhappy client

When associates take bookings on their own phones, the same Saturday gets promised twice. One shared calendar, checked before any date is confirmed, is the whole fix.

  • A brand asks an entirely different set of questions

A company wants deliverables, usage rights, the number of edited frames and a delivery date. A wedding quote format cannot answer that, and a vague reply loses the order.

What we do

What we deliver for photography and videography studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Five questions asked in the first reply

Date, venue, events to be covered, crew wanted and delivery expectation, asked on WhatsApp, Instagram and the website form alike.

Result: The quote that follows is a real quote.

  2. A quote format the team can send within hours

Packages, add-ons, travel, the hold terms and the delivery timeline in one document that only needs the date and the name filled in.

Result: Your quote arrives before the other studios' do.

  3. One shared calendar every photographer checks

Enquiries, quotes, holds and confirmed shoots in a single view, with the rule that no date is promised before it is looked at.

Result: Two enquiries never take the same Saturday.

  4. A hold and an expiry written into the quote

A token amount, the number of days the date is held and what happens when it lapses, stated in the quote rather than agreed on a call.

Result: A date is either paid for or free again.

  5. A follow-up run on unanswered quotes

A message after three days, a call after a week, and a last note nearer the date for anybody who has not booked elsewhere.

Result: Quiet enquiries get one more honest chance.

  6. A separate quote for commercial work

A format covering shoot days, edited frames, usage rights, revisions and delivery dates, written for a marketing manager rather than a family.

Result: Brand enquiries stop falling through a wedding format.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for photography and videography studios

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your portfolio against what people actually search for, how fast quotes go out, and where last season's bookings came from.

  2. 2

Fix the portfolio and the quote

Pages organised by the kind of shoot, a quote template the team can send within hours, and a record of every enquiry and the date it was for.

  3. 3

Build the pages that get found

A page for weddings, one for corporate events and one for product photography, each with real work and a way to check the date.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search for the shoot types you want more of, reels for reach, and Google Ads before the wedding season when the good dates go fast.

  5. 5

    Keep them coming back

A referral ask after every delivered wedding or event, and a reminder to past corporate clients before their next shoot season.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should we ask before quoting?
The date, the venue and town, which events are to be covered, how many photographers and cinematographers they want, and when they need delivery. Five questions in the first reply. Without them you are guessing at a number, and the guess shows.
Nobody chases a quote once it goes out. Where do we start?
With a list of every quote sent, the date it was for and who owns it. Add a reminder three days later. Most studios do not lose enquiries on price, they lose them to silence while the couple is still deciding.
Do we need ads before the wedding season?
Yes, if the good dates are already filling up for competitors. Ads bring enquiries fast; the portfolio and reviews are what convert them once they arrive.
How long before we rank for wedding photography in our city?
It takes sustained work on a sound site, because the search is competitive in most cities. The Google Business Profile and reviews usually move faster, and we track both against your baseline every month.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
