Photography and videography studios · Social media

Post the wedding you delivered last week, not one from three seasons ago.

Social media for a studio is the portfolio most clients actually see, and it goes stale the moment the editing falls behind. GullySales builds a posting plan off recent deliveries, settles consent in the booking terms, and turns the messages it brings into logged enquiries with dates attached.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For photography and videography studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Saves and shares matter more than likes here

A couple who saves a reel is showing it to her family that evening. Likes from other photographers do nothing for the calendar.

  • Consent belongs in the contract, not in a message afterwards

Some families do not want their wedding posted, and a few find out only when it is already up. One line in the booking terms and a question on the day settles it.

  • Tag the venue, the decorator and the planner

Those accounts hold the audience you want and they repost work that shows their own event well. Being credited by a banquet hall reaches couples who have already picked a date.

What we do

What we deliver for photography and videography studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan tied to what was just delivered

A schedule that pulls from the most recent weddings, events and product shoots, so the feed follows the work rather than a content theme.

Result: The top of your feed is always current work.

  2. Consent settled in the booking terms

A clause covering photographs and video, with a simple choice for the family on which events may be shared and which may not.

Result: Nothing has to be taken down later.

  3. A tagging and credit routine

An agreed way of crediting venues, decorators, planners and make-up artists, and asking the same of them when they use your frames.

Result: Your work travels through accounts you do not own.

  4. Reels cut from footage you already have

Short edits built from delivered films and raw coverage, so nothing new has to be shot to keep the feed moving.

Result: Posting stops depending on a free weekend.

  5. Messages logged as enquiries, not left in the inbox

Direct messages answered with the five questions and written into the same record as calls and website enquiries.

Result: An Instagram message reaches the booking sheet.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for photography and videography studios

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your portfolio against what people actually search for, how fast quotes go out, and where last season's bookings came from.

  2. 2

Fix the portfolio and the quote

Pages organised by the kind of shoot, a quote template the team can send within hours, and a record of every enquiry and the date it was for.

  3. 3

Build the pages that get found

A page for weddings, one for corporate events and one for product photography, each with real work and a way to check the date.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search for the shoot types you want more of, reels for reach, and Google Ads before the wedding season when the good dates go fast.

  5. 5

    Keep them coming back

A referral ask after every delivered wedding or event, and a reminder to past corporate clients before their next shoot season.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How often should we be posting?
Often enough that the newest work is visible, which in season means a few times a week. Recency counts for more than volume. A feed whose top row is from last winter tells a couple you are not working.
Should the photographers post from their own accounts too?
Yes, with an agreement on what is shared and how the studio is credited. An associate's reel from your wedding can bring an enquiry the studio account never would. Put the rule in writing before it becomes an argument.
Do we need ads before the wedding season?
Yes, if the good dates are already filling up for competitors. Ads bring enquiries fast; the portfolio and reviews are what convert them once they arrive.
How long before we rank for wedding photography in our city?
It takes sustained work on a sound site, because the search is competitive in most cities. The Google Business Profile and reviews usually move faster, and we track both against your baseline every month.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
