Photography and videography studios · Digital marketing

Instagram brings the weddings and Google brings the brands.

Digital marketing for a studio is splitting effort between the couple who finds you by scrolling and the company that finds you by searching. GullySales sets what runs during the booking season and what runs while you are buried in editing, then reports enquiries and advances by shoot type each month.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For photography and videography studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The studio goes quiet exactly when it should be selling

December and January are shoot months and edit months, and nobody has an hour to post or reply. That is also when next season's couples are shortlisting.

  • Marketing cannot outrun a delivery backlog

Doubling the enquiries while albums are already four months late buys you worse reviews. Fix what you promise on delivery first, then spend on reach.

  • Two feeds, two funnels

Wedding work sells by being seen and commercial work sells by being searched for and quoted. Different pages, different proof, different follow-up.

What we do

What we deliver for photography and videography studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan built around the shoot calendar

Work scheduled ahead of the booking months and kept light through the weeks the whole team is on location or editing.

Result: Nothing depends on you having a free evening in December.

  2. Pages and proof for each buyer

A wedding side built on reels, reviews and venue pages, and a commercial side built on process, turnaround and client work in the same category.

Result: Both buyers see work that speaks to them.

  3. One place every enquiry lands

Instagram messages, WhatsApp, calls and the website form collected into a single sheet with the date, the shoot type and the source.

Result: Nothing sits unanswered in a second inbox.

  4. A delivery promise you can keep, said in public

Realistic turnaround times for photographs, films and albums, written into the quote, the website and the booking terms.

    Result: Expectations stop becoming reviews.

  5. Referral routines with venues and planners

A shareable portfolio link, agreed referral terms and a standing contact at the halls and planners who send couples your way.

Result: Bookings arrive without an advert behind them.

  6. A monthly report by shoot type

Enquiries, quotes, advances and delivered jobs for each kind of work, compared with the season before we started.

Result: You can see which work is worth chasing next year.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for photography and videography studios

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your portfolio against what people actually search for, how fast quotes go out, and where last season's bookings came from.

  2. 2

Fix the portfolio and the quote

Pages organised by the kind of shoot, a quote template the team can send within hours, and a record of every enquiry and the date it was for.

  3. 3

Build the pages that get found

A page for weddings, one for corporate events and one for product photography, each with real work and a way to check the date.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search for the shoot types you want more of, reels for reach, and Google Ads before the wedding season when the good dates go fast.

  5. 5

    Keep them coming back

A referral ask after every delivered wedding or event, and a reminder to past corporate clients before their next shoot season.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are three people and everybody shoots. Who runs this?
Somebody owns the enquiry, which is a smaller job than owning the marketing. One person answers within hours, logs the date and sends the quote, and that can sit with whoever is not on a shoot that day. The rest can be run from outside the studio.
What should a studio spend, and on what?
That falls out of the free audit, which counts last season's enquiries, quotes and advances by shoot type. Money then goes where the calendar has gaps. The fee is put in writing and split between our time, your media spend and production.
Do we need ads before the wedding season?
Yes, if the good dates are already filling up for competitors. Ads bring enquiries fast; the portfolio and reviews are what convert them once they arrive.
How long before we rank for wedding photography in our city?
It takes sustained work on a sound site, because the search is competitive in most cities. The Google Business Profile and reviews usually move faster, and we track both against your baseline every month.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
