Photography and videography studios · Pay per click advertising

Advertise for the shoot types your calendar is short of.

Paid advertising for a studio buys enquiries in weeks instead of seasons, which matters when the good dates on next winter's calendar are already going. GullySales runs search and social campaigns by shoot type, keeps the student and job traffic out of them, and measures the spend against dates booked rather than clicks.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For photography and videography studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Half the people clicking want to become a photographer

Searches about photography courses, camera prices and studio jobs sit right beside the ones that book a shoot. Those terms get blocked in the first week or they take the budget.

  • Corporate and product clicks cost less and close faster

A brand needing catalogue shots decides in days, on turnaround and on work in the same category. The wedding keyword is the expensive one and it takes months to convert.

  • Stop advertising a date you cannot take

Once the November weekends are gone, a wedding advert spends money on enquiries you will turn away. Move it to pre-wedding shoots, corporate work or the months still open.

What we do

What we deliver for photography and videography studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns split by shoot type

Wedding, pre-wedding, corporate event and product campaigns kept apart, each with its own budget, wording and landing page.

Result: One kind of work cannot spend another's money.

  2. A negative keyword list built for a studio

Blocks on course, institute, job, camera price, freelancer rate and editing software searches, extended every week from the search terms report.

Result: The clicks you pay for want to hire you.

  3. Landing pages carrying work and a starting figure

A page per campaign with recent frames from that kind of shoot, a from price, the delivery promise and a WhatsApp button.

Result: A click becomes an enquiry with a date attached.

  4. Budget moved as the calendar fills

Spend reviewed against the booking sheet each month and shifted to the months and shoot types with space left.

Result: You stop paying for dates you cannot serve.

  5. Spend measured against advances taken

Every advertising enquiry traced through the quote to the advance, so cost is read per booked shoot rather than per click.

Result: You know what an advertised booking really cost.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

How the work runs for photography and videography studios

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your portfolio against what people actually search for, how fast quotes go out, and where last season's bookings came from.

  2. 2

Fix the portfolio and the quote

Pages organised by the kind of shoot, a quote template the team can send within hours, and a record of every enquiry and the date it was for.

  3. 3

Build the pages that get found

A page for weddings, one for corporate events and one for product photography, each with real work and a way to check the date.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search for the shoot types you want more of, reels for reach, and Google Ads before the wedding season when the good dates go fast.

  5. 5

    Keep them coming back

A referral ask after every delivered wedding or event, and a reminder to past corporate clients before their next shoot season.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What happens to our campaigns once the calendar fills up?
They get moved rather than switched off. Spend goes to the shoot types and months that still have room, which for most studios is commercial work and the off-season. Switching everything off means starting cold when the next season opens.
Instagram or Google for a studio?
Both, doing different jobs. Instagram puts the work in front of people who were not searching, which suits weddings and pre-wedding shoots. Google catches the company that already knows it needs a product shoot this month.
Do we need ads before the wedding season?
Yes, if the good dates are already filling up for competitors. Ads bring enquiries fast; the portfolio and reviews are what convert them once they arrive.
How long before we rank for wedding photography in our city?
It takes sustained work on a sound site, because the search is competitive in most cities. The Google Business Profile and reviews usually move faster, and we track both against your baseline every month.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
