Real estate legal consultants · Digital marketing

Build a quiet, informational presence that an advocate is comfortable signing.

Digital marketing for a real estate legal practice is the combined work of a clear website, findable pages, an accurate listing and a reply route, all kept inside the limits that apply to advocates. GullySales plans and builds the pieces, and you check each against your Bar Council rules before it goes live.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For real estate legal consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The usual toolkit does not fit”

Paid promotion, discount offers and claims of results are the standard marketing tools and are the ones an advocate has the strongest reason to avoid. A practice needs an informational approach built on pages, listings and referrals.

  • “Visibility and trust arrive together”

A buyer who finds your page on a title check then looks you up on the map, the bar listing and LinkedIn. If the facts differ between them, the trust built by the page is lost.

  • “Referrals are the larger channel”

Banks, brokers and CAs send a large part of the matters in this trade. The digital work serves them: a pack they can read, a page they can forward and a way to know you received their file.

  • “What works must be recorded”

Without a note of where each matter came from, effort follows habit. A simple source record shows whether pages, panels or referrers are bringing the work you want.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate legal consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan across site, listing and referrals

One document showing what is built, in which order, and what you will approve at each step.

Result: A plan with an approval point for each piece.

  2. A site arranged by matter

A home page, a page for each type of matter and a clear contact route.

Result: A visitor reaches their kind of matter in one click.

  3. Consistent facts across the web

The same name, address, enrolment and practice areas on the site, the listing and the professional profiles.

Result: The facts match wherever a reader looks.

  4. A source record for every matter

The origin of each engagement noted at intake.

Result: You see where your matters begin.

  5. A written boundary for what is published

A list of what the practice will and will not say online, agreed with you and checked against your own rules.

Result: Anyone writing for you works from the same list.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do you run paid ads for law firms?
Advertising by advocates is restricted by the Bar Council, and platforms have their own rules. We do not set up paid promotion for a practice unless you have confirmed in writing that it is permitted.
What does a first step look like?
We read your practice, list your recent matters by source and draft the pages for the types of matter you want. You review each before publication.
Can you promise more enquiries?
No. We build the pages, listings and routes, and record what they bring. Enquiries depend on your city, your matters and the rules you work under.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
