Recruitment agencies · Content marketing

A salary note for one role reaches every HR head hiring it.

Content for a recruitment agency is market knowledge an HR head cannot get anywhere else: what a role pays now and how long it takes to fill. Offer drops belong in it too. GullySales writes it from your own placement records and turns each piece into a client conversation.

A newsstand under a striped awning: three tiers of folded publications racked spine on, one title on the top tier turned to face the street, and a crate of rolled copies at the foot of the stand

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For recruitment agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your placement records are the content nobody else has

Packages offered, notice periods served and how often offers were dropped across the roles you fill add up to a market report you already own.

  • The offer drop question comes up first

Candidates accepting and never joining is the hiring problem HR teams talk about most, and an agency with a view on it gets listened to.

  • Candidate content and client content are different jobs

An interview guide brings applicants. A note on what a role pays brings a brief. Publishing only the first is why agency sites produce no clients.

What we do

What we deliver for recruitment agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A salary and notice period note per specialism

A short report from your own placements on what each role is paying, how long candidates are serving and what is moving, updated when the market shifts.

Result: HR heads forward your note inside their own companies.

  2. A view on offer drops from your own data

A plain piece on how often candidates accepted and did not join in your sectors, what caused it and what clients can change.

Result: You are the agency with an answer to the question everyone asks.

  3. Case notes on the hard roles you closed

Short write-ups of a position that had been open for months, how it was filled and how long it took, with the client kept anonymous unless they agree.

Result: A new client sees proof rather than a claim.

  4. Candidate guides kept on the job board side

Interview and resume guidance published where candidates look, deliberately away from the pages a hiring manager reads.

Result: Candidate material stops diluting the client message.

  5. A talk or paper for HR forums

One prepared session on your market data, offered to HR associations and sector groups where hiring heads meet.

Result: You are introduced to a room instead of emailing it.

  6. A monthly note on which piece brought a brief

Visits, downloads and client enquiries traced to each piece published, against the baseline recorded at the audit.

Result: You keep writing what works and drop what does not.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

  • IT and technology staffing agencies
  • Blue-collar and industrial workforce agencies
  • Executive search and leadership hiring firms
  • Contract and temporary staffing agencies
  • Sector-specialist recruitment firms
  • Bulk and volume hiring agencies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for recruitment agencies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your database's quality, how client updates are paced through a search, and how your website shows experience in specific roles.

  2. 2

    Fix communication

A structured update cadence for clients and a clear status record for every candidate in an active search.

  3. 3

    Build the database

A verified, actively maintained candidate pipeline organised by skill, so a search does not start from a cold list.

  4. 4

    Bring in client accounts

Visibility with HR managers, referral from past clients, and content that shows real experience in specific role types.

  5. 5

    Convert and retain

Faster shortlist turnaround, tracked repeat business by client, and a placement follow-up that catches an early dropout.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where do we get numbers without breaking a client confidence?
From your own placements, combined so that no client or candidate can be identified, and labelled clearly as your own data. That is honest and useful. Figures copied from a report you have not read are neither.
How often should we publish?
A few strong pieces a year beat a weekly post. One salary note per specialism, refreshed when the market moves, gets forwarded inside client companies for months.
Do we need to advertise for candidates?
Mostly not. A verified database costs nothing in media, and a fast shortlist depends on it. Paid job ads help for one hard-to-fill role type at a time.
A client already has three agencies on its panel. Can we still get in?
Yes, usually through one role the others are struggling with. We prepare a short note on the roles of that type you have filled, sent to the HR head with a shortlist offer. Winning one hard role opens the panel more often than any presentation.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
