Recruitment agencies · Local SEO

Walk-in candidates find a consultancy on Maps, never on a portal.

Local search matters to a recruitment agency for two reasons. Blue-collar and fresher candidates walk in off a Maps search, and HR managers look for a consultancy in their own city. GullySales sets the Business Profile up properly, handles the reviews that come with walk-ins, and writes the city pages.

A market cross in a small town square: a stepped stone cross of four worn tiers standing in a ring of cobbles, a coil of stall rope left on the bottom step, a chalk pitch marked out on the stones and a chalk arrow pointing in from the nearest lane

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For recruitment agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Walk-ins arrive from Maps and nowhere else

A candidate looking for factory, warehouse or retail work searches manpower consultancy near me and turns up at the door. No portal reaches that person.

  • The listing invites the reviews you fear

A profile that starts drawing walk-in candidates collects angry ratings quickly, so the review routine has to be running before the listing gets busy.

  • HR managers still search by city

Recruitment agency in Coimbatore is typed by a plant HR manager who wants somebody who can reach the site. The pin matters to her too.

What we do

What we deliver for recruitment agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Business Profile with categories that fit

The right primary category, the role types you recruit for listed as services, and the office pin placed where candidates can actually find it.

Result: You appear for the local searches that bring real people.

  2. Timings and walk-in rules stated on the listing

Who you recruit for, when candidates may come, and what to bring, written on the profile so nobody arrives on the wrong morning.

Result: Fewer wasted visits and fewer angry ratings.

  3. City pages for the markets you recruit in

A page per city naming its industrial areas, its main employers and the roles you have filled there.

Result: HR managers searching their own city find you.

  4. A review routine running before the listing gets busy

Requests to placed candidates and clients set up first, so genuine reviews are arriving by the time walk-in traffic starts.

Result: One bad rating does not define the listing.

  5. Questions answered on the profile

The common candidate questions about fees, timings and role types answered in the profile's question section in your own words.

Result: The listing settles doubts before somebody travels.

  6. A monthly Maps report

Calls, direction requests and visits from the profile, split between candidate and client contacts, against the audit baseline.

Result: You can tell what the listing is bringing you.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these recruitment agencies.

  • IT and technology staffing agencies
  • Blue-collar and industrial workforce agencies
  • Executive search and leadership hiring firms
  • Contract and temporary staffing agencies
  • Sector-specialist recruitment firms
  • Bulk and volume hiring agencies
  • Boutique niche-skill recruitment firms

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for recruitment agencies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your database's quality, how client updates are paced through a search, and how your website shows experience in specific roles.

  2. 2

    Fix communication

A structured update cadence for clients and a clear status record for every candidate in an active search.

  3. 3

    Build the database

A verified, actively maintained candidate pipeline organised by skill, so a search does not start from a cold list.

  4. 4

    Bring in client accounts

Visibility with HR managers, referral from past clients, and content that shows real experience in specific role types.

  5. 5

    Convert and retain

Faster shortlist turnaround, tracked repeat business by client, and a placement follow-up that catches an early dropout.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should a purely IT agency bother with Maps?
Less than a blue-collar agency, but not zero. HR managers search by city and the profile is often the first independent thing they see. Set it up properly and then leave it alone.
Our office is already crowded with walk-ins. Will Maps make it worse?
It can, which is why the profile should state who you recruit for and when candidates may come. An honest description turns away more unsuitable visitors than a hidden listing does.
Do we need to advertise for candidates?
Mostly not. A verified database costs nothing in media, and a fast shortlist depends on it. Paid job ads help for one hard-to-fill role type at a time.
A client already has three agencies on its panel. Can we still get in?
Yes, usually through one role the others are struggling with. We prepare a short note on the roles of that type you have filled, sent to the HR head with a shortlist offer. Winning one hard role opens the panel more often than any presentation.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
