GullySales

Recruitment agencies · Digital marketing

Run the client side and the candidate side as two budgets.

Digital marketing for a recruitment agency serves two audiences who never meet: hiring managers choosing which agency to brief, and candidates deciding whether to answer you. GullySales sets a plan for each, keeps the spend separate, and reports mandates and placements against the money that produced them.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For recruitment agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Portal subscriptions get renewed out of habit

Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter come up for renewal every year and almost nobody checks which placements they actually produced.

  • The two audiences want opposite things from you

A candidate wants the client name and the package. A client wants proof the candidate was screened. One post cannot do both jobs.

  • Your consultants are the brand, and they leave

Each recruiter has built a personal following, and when one resigns the relationships go with her because nothing sat under the agency's name.

What we do

What we deliver for recruitment agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Two plans with two budgets

A written split between client acquisition and candidate sourcing, each with its own channels, spend and measure.

Result: One side stops quietly funding the other.

  2. Portal spend checked against placements

Each subscription measured on the placements traced to it over the past year, before any renewal is signed.

Result: Renewals become a decision rather than a habit.

  3. Consultant profiles built under the agency's name

Each recruiter's public presence set up so the agency is visible in it, with the client contacts recorded centrally.

Result: A resignation stops taking the relationships with it.

  4. Every client enquiry in one record

Briefs arriving by phone, mail, website and personal message logged together with the role, the deadline and who is working it.

Result: Nobody discovers a brief a week after it arrived.

  5. A sourcing mix decided by role type

An agreed route for each kind of role, covering database, portals, referrals and direct approach, so consultants stop defaulting to whatever is nearest.

Result: Hard roles get the method that actually fills them.

  6. A monthly report splitting the two sides

Client enquiries, mandates, shortlist speed and placements reported apart from candidate sourcing costs, against the audit baseline.

Result: Each side of the business is judged on its own numbers.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these recruitment agencies.

  • IT and technology staffing agencies
  • Blue-collar and industrial workforce agencies
  • Executive search and leadership hiring firms
  • Contract and temporary staffing agencies
  • Sector-specialist recruitment firms
  • Bulk and volume hiring agencies
  • Boutique niche-skill recruitment firms

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for recruitment agencies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your database's quality, how client updates are paced through a search, and how your website shows experience in specific roles.

  2. 2

    Fix communication

A structured update cadence for clients and a clear status record for every candidate in an active search.

  3. 3

    Build the database

A verified, actively maintained candidate pipeline organised by skill, so a search does not start from a cold list.

  4. 4

    Bring in client accounts

Visibility with HR managers, referral from past clients, and content that shows real experience in specific role types.

  5. 5

    Convert and retain

Faster shortlist turnaround, tracked repeat business by client, and a placement follow-up that catches an early dropout.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should a small agency spend on first?
The database and a named list of hiring managers. Both cost time rather than media, and both are the things a competitor cannot buy from you. Portal spend works better once they exist.
Do we need a new website?
Only if the present one cannot carry a page per role family and a job board that does not swamp it. Most agency sites can be rebuilt section by section, and the audit says which route is cheaper.
Do we need to advertise for candidates?
Mostly not. A verified database costs nothing in media, and a fast shortlist depends on it. Paid job ads help for one hard-to-fill role type at a time.
A client already has three agencies on its panel. Can we still get in?
Yes, usually through one role the others are struggling with. We prepare a short note on the roles of that type you have filled, sent to the HR head with a shortlist offer. Winning one hard role opens the panel more often than any presentation.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
