Roofing contractors · Lead generation

Forty calls on a Thursday morning and nine of them answered.

Lead generation for a roofing company is answering the storm morning, booking the inspection, and chasing every estimate that goes quiet. GullySales writes the call routine, sets the follow-up schedule, and builds the Realtor and property manager work that fills the weeks between events.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For roofing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • You lose more roofs to silence than to price

A replacement quote sits in an inbox for six weeks and the homeowner signs with whoever rang back. Ninety days of scheduled contact moves that number more than a discount does.

  • The canvasser has a two-day head start

Crews from out of state knock within forty-eight hours of hail. The company that has worked the ZIP code for a decade is still deciding who will answer the phone.

  • Realtors buy on a deadline, not on price

A certification or a repair inside an eleven-day escrow goes to whoever answers. Those enquiries arrive by text, and they are the first thing lost in a busy week.

What we do

What we deliver for roofing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A call routine written for a storm morning

Who answers, who books inspections, what gets texted back within minutes, and the overlap hours when our team takes the overflow.

Result: Storm-morning calls turn into appointments instead of voicemail.

  2. The inspection booked before the call ends

Wording that moves a damage call straight to a date and a time, with the address and a photograph asked for first.

Result: The homeowner has an appointment before the canvasser knocks.

  3. Ninety days of scheduled contact on every estimate

Calls, texts and emails against each quote on written dates, with consent recorded and a reason logged when a homeowner says no.

Result: Quotes that used to go silent get a second conversation.

  4. A canvassing follow-up list

Every door knocked recorded with the address, the answer and a callback date, plus a door hanger and a letter for the streets your crews are on.

Result: Knocking produces a list instead of a wasted afternoon.

  5. Realtor, inspector and property manager outreach

A contact list, a one-page certification offer and a call routine for the people working to closing dates and to buildings rather than houses.

Result: Work arrives with a deadline and very little price shopping.

  6. One pipeline with a source on every lead

Calls, forms, texts and door knocks recorded in AccuLynx, JobNimbus or a sheet with source and stage, reported monthly against the audit baseline.

Result: The budget stops being set on a feeling.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for roofing contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

The free audit call traces last month's calls and estimates. How many were answered, how many became an inspection, and how many were chased after the estimate went out?

  2. 2

    Fix the phone

An answering and booking routine for storm mornings, a CallRail number on every source, and agreed overlap hours for the call-backs our team makes.

  3. 3

    Rebuild the estimate

A photograph-led proposal, shingle options a homeowner can read, and a follow-up schedule measured in months rather than days.

  4. 4

    Bring the work in

Local Services Ads, the map pack, storm pages for the towns you cover, and a review asked for at the end of every job.

  5. 5

    Keep the street

Past customers, neighbours, Realtors and property managers contacted on a calendar, so a quiet month has something in it.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long should we chase an estimate?
Ninety days, on a written schedule, with a call, a text and an email. A homeowner waiting on a tax refund or a spouse is still a buyer. Record consent before the first text and stop the moment they ask.
Should we hire canvassers or put the money into marketing?
Do both, and follow up what the knockers start. Most door knocking fails because the notes never leave the clipboard. A street list with addresses, who answered and a date to go back is worth more than another knocker.
Can you handle our calls the morning after a hail storm?
Within the hours we agree, yes, and that window is settled against your working day before anything starts. Inside that window we take call-backs, book inspections and text homeowners. Nights and weekends stay with your own crew or answering service, and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.
Will you help us get more insurance claims approved?
No. What a carrier approves sits between the homeowner, their adjuster and their own attorney, and we stay out of it. What we change is your side: the inspection booked fast, the photographs and measurements in one place, and the homeowner hearing from you every few days while the claim moves.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
