Cloud consulting companies · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for the quick questions between calls, with permission and with care.

WhatsApp marketing for a cloud consulting company means using the app for introductions, scheduling and short follow-ups with buyers and platform contacts who already prefer it. GullySales works on where it fits, what is sent and how consent is recorded.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For cloud consulting companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Founders reply on WhatsApp first”

A founder or finance head may ignore an email for days and answer a short message at once. For scheduling a scoping call or sending a requested document, the app is the quicker route, provided the buyer has agreed to it.

  • “Technical details do not belong in a chat”

Architecture drawings, invoices and access details are sensitive. A chat is for arranging, nudging and confirming. Documents go through the channel your client's security team accepts.

  • “Group chats can become a project's memory”

A client team and your architects in one group can answer small questions quickly, but decisions get lost in the scroll. Agree that anything important is confirmed in writing afterwards.

  • “Broadcasts need permission”

Sending the same message to a list of past clients without their consent damages trust. Ask first, state what you will send and give an easy way to stop.

What we do

What we deliver for cloud consulting companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Use guide for the firm

A short guide on when WhatsApp suits a message, what must never be sent on it and who may use it with clients.

Result: Clear rules for architects and sales staff.

  2. Business profile set-up

Set-up of a WhatsApp Business profile with the firm's name, description and working hours.

Result: A profile a buyer can recognise as the firm.

  3. Message templates for scheduling and confirming

Short messages for confirming a scoping call, sharing a document request and thanking a sponsor after a closing session.

Result: Messages that sound like people and carry one purpose.

  4. Consent record

A note in the CRM of who has agreed to messages, for what purpose and when.

Result: A list that shows permission for each contact.

  5. Platform contact etiquette note

A short note on how to use messaging with platform account managers without crowding them.

Result: Platform contacts hear from you when you have something specific.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send promotional broadcasts?
Only to people who have agreed to receive them, and check the platform's current rules before you start. We prefer one-to-one messages tied to a conversation already under way.
Should clients be added to project groups?
Only if the client proposes it and its security team agrees. Keep sensitive data out of the group and confirm decisions by email afterwards.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
