Tile, flooring and bathware dealers · Digital marketing

Plan the year around the months a house reaches its flooring stage.

Digital marketing for a tile and bathware dealer is the plan deciding where the showroom shows up: Maps, search, Instagram, IndiaMART and the trade contacts who steer an order. GullySales settles what each channel is for, what it costs and what it has to produce every month.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For tile, flooring and bathware dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Each channel brings a different buyer

Maps brings the family driving to a showroom road. IndiaMART brings the builder and the sub-dealer. Instagram brings the designer's client, and none of the three can be answered the same way.

  • The building calendar sets the spend

A house that started at the monsoon reaches flooring months later. Money spent while local sites are still at foundation level is money spent early.

  • Your display is the only material nobody else has

Brand creatives are running on forty dealer pages in your city this week. A floor you delivered in a house two streets away is running on one.

  • Trade relationships deserve a line in the budget

Masons, plumbers and designers bring more orders than any advert, and keeping them takes samples, time and a record of who sent whom.

What we do

What we deliver for tile, flooring and bathware dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan with a job for each one

What Maps, the website, search adverts, Instagram and IndiaMART are each expected to bring, and which of them are not worth keeping for your kind of showroom.

Result: You stop paying for a listing nobody in your city uses.

  2. A calendar built on construction seasons

Campaign months set against when houses in your area reach flooring and when families push to finish before a griha pravesha date.

Result: Spend lands in the weeks when buyers are choosing.

  3. Photography routine for the display floor

New arrivals, rebuilt displays and finished installations shot on a fixed day each month, with the customer's consent recorded.

Result: The showroom online looks like the showroom today.

  4. Website pages behind every campaign

Range, brand and bathroom package pages that an advert, a Maps post or the Instagram profile link can send a buyer to.

Result: Nobody is dropped on a home page and left to search.

  5. One enquiry log across every channel

Calls, WhatsApp messages, marketplace enquiries and walk-ins recorded together with their source, so no channel is judged on impressions.

Result: You can see which channel produced a quotation.

  6. A monthly reading of the whole plan

Enquiries and visits by channel, quotations written and orders confirmed, set beside the numbers recorded at the start of the engagement.

Result: The budget moves to what is bringing orders.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for tile, flooring and bathware dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Maps profile, how showroom visits are recorded, how quotations are written and followed up, and who is referring families today.

  2. 2

    Record every visit

A visitor and quotation record the floor staff actually use, with follow-up messages on WhatsApp at fixed points after each visit.

  3. 3

    Show the showroom online

Maps, website category pages and Instagram set up so a buyer can see your ranges and installed rooms before visiting.

  4. 4

    Win the influencers

A relationship programme with masons, plumbers, contractors and designers, with referrals recorded against each one.

  5. 5

    Grow each order

Room-by-room quotes that include fittings and accessories, bathroom packages, and follow-up for the next room or the next project.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we are on Maps and IndiaMART?
Yes, a small one. It holds the ranges, the brands and the bathroom packages in a link your staff can send on WhatsApp, and every advert needs somewhere to land. It does not have to sell online.
Is IndiaMART worth it for a showroom?
It pays if you also supply builders and sub-dealers, and only if somebody replies the same day. Those buyers message six dealers at once. For a showroom selling to families alone, the money does more on Maps.
Can marketing help when the mason decides which dealer gets the order?
Yes, by making your showroom the one the mason also prefers. We set up a routine with the trades who bring families in. A visitor record means the family's own choice is followed up before anyone steers them elsewhere.
Should a tile dealer sell online?
Usually not as a full online store, because most buyers want to see and touch a tile first. A catalogue on the website and Instagram, with a quick way to book a visit or ask for a quote on WhatsApp, works better for most showrooms.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
