Tile, flooring and bathware dealers · Social media

Show the floor laid in a real home, not the tile on a display board.

Social media for a tile and bathware dealer is where a family and their designer look for a floor they can picture in their own house. GullySales builds a posting routine around installations you supplied, and handles the replies that turn a saved reel into a showroom visit.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For tile, flooring and bathware dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A tile on a board looks nothing like a tile on a floor

Nobody can judge a 600 by 1200 from a sample held at eye level. A video walking across a finished hall answers the only question they have.

  • Brand creatives are running on forty other pages

The manufacturer's post is on every dealer page in the city this week. The bathroom you supplied in a flat nearby is on yours alone.

  • Every post gets asked the rate

Answering with a range and a question about which room turns a one-word comment into a conversation your counter can finish.

  • Designers save, families message

An architect saves a slab post for a project months away. A homeowner asks about a bathroom this weekend. One post has to serve both.

What we do

What we deliver for tile, flooring and bathware dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Installed-room videos shot at handover

Short walk-throughs of finished floors and bathrooms you supplied, filmed with the customer's permission and the range named in the caption.

Result: Buyers see the tile in a house instead of on a board.

  2. A monthly shoot on the showroom floor

New arrivals, rebuilt displays and slab stock photographed and filmed on a set day, so posting does not depend on somebody remembering.

Result: There is material ready before the season starts.

  3. Reply rules for the rate question

A first reply that gives a range, asks which room it is for and moves the conversation to WhatsApp with the counter.

Result: Comments turn into enquiries with a name attached.

  4. Posts aimed at designers and masons

Large-format slabs, new finishes and laying details posted for the people who specify and lay, kept separate from the homeowner content.

Result: The trade sees what is new without walking in.

  5. Content timed to the finishing months

Posts planned for the weeks when houses nearby reach flooring and families are pushing to be done before a housewarming date.

Result: The showroom is visible while the choice is being made.

  6. Messages and visits traced monthly

Messages, calls and recorded showroom visits traced back to social posts, weighed against what the accounts were producing before.

Result: You know whether the posting brings anyone in.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for tile, flooring and bathware dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Maps profile, how showroom visits are recorded, how quotations are written and followed up, and who is referring families today.

  2. 2

    Record every visit

A visitor and quotation record the floor staff actually use, with follow-up messages on WhatsApp at fixed points after each visit.

  3. 3

    Show the showroom online

Maps, website category pages and Instagram set up so a buyer can see your ranges and installed rooms before visiting.

  4. 4

    Win the influencers

A relationship programme with masons, plumbers, contractors and designers, with referrals recorded against each one.

  5. 5

    Grow each order

Room-by-room quotes that include fittings and accessories, bathroom packages, and follow-up for the next room or the next project.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

  • France Fox

    Situation
Eco claims are common enough in menswear that buyers discount them on sight. France Fox had a real production story and nowhere to set it out, which is the wrong way round.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Instagram or Facebook for a tile showroom?
Instagram for the finished-room videos families and designers watch, Facebook for local groups, resale stock and clearance lots. Most dealers post the same material to both and reply wherever the message lands.
Can we post photographs of a customer's house?
Only with their permission, asked at handover while they are happy with the floor. Keep it in writing, even a WhatsApp reply, and leave out the house number and the gate.
Can marketing help when the mason decides which dealer gets the order?
Yes, by making your showroom the one the mason also prefers. We set up a routine with the trades who bring families in. A visitor record means the family's own choice is followed up before anyone steers them elsewhere.
Should a tile dealer sell online?
Usually not as a full online store, because most buyers want to see and touch a tile first. A catalogue on the website and Instagram, with a quick way to book a visit or ask for a quote on WhatsApp, works better for most showrooms.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
