Turnkey construction companies · WhatsApp marketing

Daily photographs of the slab do more for your name than any advertisement.

In turnkey construction WhatsApp carries the first enquiry with a photograph of the plot, the site progress pictures an owner forwards to his whole family, and the material choices that later change the bill. GullySales sets up the business account, the progress routine and the rule about putting decisions in writing.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily, which gets read faster than email or SMS. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For turnkey construction companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Site progress photographs are the best marketing you will ever do”

An owner who sees the footing, the plinth and the slab as they happen stops ringing the site engineer six times a day. He also forwards every picture to his brother and his office group, which is where a surprising share of your next enquiries come from.

  • “A tile chosen in a chat still has to reach the variation note”

The owner picked a different flooring from a photograph on Tuesday and the rate moved. If that does not go into a written variation against the estimate, the final settlement becomes an argument neither side can win with screenshots.

  • “You are writing to a family group, not to one man”

Your message goes to the owner and is read by his wife, his father and a brother in another country. Write the update so it makes sense to somebody who was not at the site meeting, because that is where the decision is actually taken.

What we do

What we deliver for turnkey construction companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business account on a company number

One number with the profile, service areas, build types and office address, answerable by more than one person and separate from a sales engineer's phone.

Result: Enquiries stay with the company when a salesman leaves.

  2. A site progress routine with dated photographs

An agreed set of pictures at each stage, sent to the owner from the site with the stage named, and stored against the project.

Result: The owner can see his house being built without ringing the engineer.

  3. Saved replies for the first enquiry

Prepared answers asking for the plot location, dimensions, floors planned and approval status, and offering a site visit date.

Result: An enquiry arrives at the office already half qualified.

  4. A rule that decisions move from chat to writing

A short routine for turning any material or specification choice agreed on WhatsApp into a written variation against the estimate.

Result: The final bill holds no surprises for either side.

  5. A catalogue of completed projects by build type

Finished houses, villas and commercial work loaded into the business catalogue with locality and build type, published only with the client's consent.

Result: A prospective owner can browse real work from his phone.

  6. Consent and restraint on broadcasts

A list of contacts who agreed to receive updates, with an opt-out on every send and a limit on how often project photographs go out.

Result: Your number stays unblocked by the owners you want to reach.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What must be in place first

What a turnkey builder puts in place before site photographs go to a client's family.

A company number for every client
Register WhatsApp Business on a number the firm owns, printed on the contract, the site board and the estimate. A site engineer's personal number leaves with him, with the client's decisions in it.
Consent for site photographs
Add to the contract a clause saying the client agrees to receive progress photographs on WhatsApp and states whether the firm may use them elsewhere. Ask for the permission to show the house in your catalogue separately.
Catalogue of completed projects
List projects by type, such as an independent house, a villa, a shed or a fit-out, with plot size and what the contract covered. Use only projects whose owners have agreed, and show no nameplates or addresses.
Templates for visit and stage notices
A site visit confirmation or a stage completion notice you start yourself needs an approved template. Check WhatsApp's current business policy and pricing before planning volumes. Replies inside a client's open chat do not.
A decision log that sits outside the chat
Write the rule that every choice of material, size or finish agreed in chat is copied to a dated change note signed by the client. Without it, a tile or a switch plate chosen in a chat becomes a billing dispute.
Who is in the group, and for how long
Open one group per project with the owner, the engineer and the project head, and decide whether family members join. Close it at handover. Do not mix two clients' projects in one group.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for turnkey construction companies

  1. 1

Audit the enquiry and estimate process

We check how fast a site visit or estimate request is answered today, how completed projects are shown, and whether past clients are asked for referrals.

  2. 2

    Show real projects, not renders

Photographs and short walkthroughs of actual completed and ongoing projects, replacing stock imagery that plot owners no longer trust.

  3. 3

Speed up the site visit and estimate

A same-day response routine for enquiries, with a clear process for scheduling a site visit and delivering a written estimate.

  4. 4

Build visibility by city and build type

Search and content built around the city and construction type owners actually search for, such as villa construction or turnkey homes.

  5. 5

    Turn clients into referrals

A structured ask for a referral once a project completes well, since a plot owner's network is the highest-trust source of new enquiries.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post photographs of a client's house on WhatsApp and social media?
Ask first and get it in writing at handover. Some owners are happy to be shown and named, others do not want their house or locality identified. Taking that permission at the end of the project saves an awkward call two years later.
Should the site engineer send updates from his own phone?
No. Put the site group on a company number the office can also see, so progress messages, material approvals and complaints are on record. When the engineer moves on, the project history should stay with you.
A client wants to add relatives and the architect to the project group. Is that sensible?
Decide who may give instructions before adding anyone. Name one client contact whose decisions bind, and tell the group that others may comment but not change scope. Otherwise three relatives asking for three changes will produce disputes over cost and sequence.
Should the estimate go out on WhatsApp?
Send it as a PDF on letterhead from the company number, with a stage-wise breakdown and its validity, never as typed lines in a message. Say that the estimate becomes a contract only on signature. Keep the sent copy with the lead record.
How do you handle showing project photos without client permission issues?
We agree with each client upfront on what can be shown publicly, and only use photographs the client has approved.
Do you help with the actual construction or only the marketing?
Only the marketing and sales process. The design, estimation and construction remain entirely your team's responsibility.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
