Two-wheeler dealers · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the rider searching for a model's price, not for the brand's name.

Pay per click advertising for a two-wheeler dealer puts a paid result in front of a rider searching for a model, a down payment or a showroom in your town and sends the rider to a page that answers it. The click is worth paying for only if somebody rings the rider back. GullySales builds campaigns around the models you can deliver and counts which clicks became a test ride or a booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend against enquiries received.

For two-wheeler dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The ad names a model with a long wait”

An ad for a model on a long wait brings enquiries you cannot satisfy. Advertise what is on the floor, and say when the rest can be booked.

  • “The manufacturer already pays for the brand, and you pay for the same click”

A search for a model name brings the brand's own ads and the portals above you. Your better clicks are the town, the finance and the delivery date.

  • “The ads keep running after the showroom shuts”

A call that rings out on the day the showroom is shut wastes the click and sends the rider to the next dealer. Show the ads in the hours somebody can answer.

What we do

What we deliver for two-wheeler dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns for the models you can deliver

A campaign for each model on the floor, tied to the stock and the waiting list, and set to show in the hours the showroom can answer.

Result: Money goes behind bikes you can hand over.

  2. Separate campaigns for finance, exchange and showroom searches

Searches for down payment and instalment, for exchanging an old bike and for showrooms nearby, each with its own ad and page.

Result: Each kind of rider reads an ad written for their question.

  3. A negative list written for this trade

Searches for second hand bikes, spare parts, jobs, mechanics and finance company contacts blocked, and extended as real search terms come in.

Result: You stop paying for clicks from people who will not buy a new bike.

  4. Pages with the on-road build-up and a booking button

Landing pages that show the town's price build-up, the colours in stock and a button to book a test ride or call.

Result: The click lands on the answer the rider searched for.

  5. A tracking number and an enquiry register

A phone number for the ads and a column in the register for how each caller found you.

Result: A call can be traced to a test ride and a delivery.

  6. A report from click to delivery

Spend, enquiries, test rides and deliveries for each campaign, set against the baseline and against portal and manufacturer leads.

Result: You see what the ads added to what you already received.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The searches worth paying for at a two-wheeler showroom, and the ones to keep out.

A model plus the town, such as Jupiter on road price in Hubballi
Bid. The rider is comparing showrooms for a price. Send the rider to that model's page with the on-road build-up, the colours in stock and a button to book a test ride.
Down payment, EMI and no-down-payment bike searches
Bid in a separate campaign. Show how the instalment is worked out and the documents asked for. Check the financier's terms before using words like zero down payment in an ad.
Showroom near me and test ride searches
Bid, with a call button and your hours. The rider wants a showroom now. Show the ad only when somebody can answer, and send the click to the branch page.
Festival searches, such as Dhanteras bike booking
Switch a campaign on before the festival, naming the models you can deliver and how a booking is made. Say only what the showroom can honour on that day.
Block: second hand, spare parts, job and mechanic
Add second hand, spare parts, job, vacancy and mechanic as negatives unless you run those lines. They bring people who will not buy a new bike from you.
Counting a real enquiry
Count a call from the ad that was answered, or a booking form that was followed up. Then count the test ride and the delivery. Keep portal and manufacturer leads in a separate column.

Who it is for

This is written for these two-wheeler dealers.

  • Single-brand two-wheeler dealerships
  • Multi-brand two-wheeler showrooms
  • Scooter-focused dealerships
  • Dealers with a large service business
  • Rural and semi-urban dealerships
  • Dealers with multiple branches

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Nobody can answer the call the same hour the advertisement runs, so the paid clicks would be lost to the next dealer.
  • You have no stock of the model being advertised and no booking list for it, so riders would arrive to a refusal.

How it works

How the pay per click advertising work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the whole budget

We fix the total paid budget across platforms, who owns each ad account, and how much is open to moving.

  2. 2

    Audit tracking and accounts

We check that conversions fire once, that calls and WhatsApp chats are counted, and that your enquiry sheet matches what the platforms say.

  3. 3

    Set one definition of success

You and we agree what a qualified enquiry is and what an order is, so every platform is judged the same way.

  4. 4

    Build and launch the plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with shared naming and tags from day one.

  5. 5

Read search terms and lead quality

We review the queries that triggered ads and the enquiries that arrived, and remove waste before moving money.

  6. 6

    Reallocate and report

Budget moves toward what is earning, within agreed limits. Results are reported against the baseline, at the frequency agreed in writing.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we bid on the brand's name and the model names?
Bid on the model plus your town, such as on-road price or showroom, not on the bare model name. The bare name brings the brand's own ads, the portals and buyers from elsewhere. Check your co-op guidelines and the platform's trademark policy before using the brand's name in ad text.
Call-only ads or a lead form?
Use calls in the hours staff can answer, and a form with a WhatsApp reply for the evening. A form that sits unread until the next day loses the rider to another showroom. Count a lead only when someone has spoken to the rider.
How do we keep job seekers and mechanics out?
Add negatives such as job, vacancy, mechanic and spare parts, and read the search terms report. Mechanics and salesmen looking for work click on bike ads. Check which searches brought calls and which brought nothing, then extend the list.
How do we know which calls came from the ad?
Put a tracking number on the ad and the page, and write in the register how each caller heard of you. Match each call to a test ride and a booking. A call about a service appointment is not a sales enquiry.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
