ERP software providers · Social media

Reach the IT head who checks you on LinkedIn before the second demo.

Social media for an ERP provider is mainly LinkedIn, where the IT head, the promoter's son and the CA look you up between meetings. GullySales runs the company page and the founder's posting, turns real screens into short clips with dummy data, and sets a rule for what a customer's system may show.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For ERP software providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The profile is checked between the first demo and the second

An IT head who cannot find a post from this year assumes the partner firm is winding down.

  • Thirty seconds of a GST return being filed beats a stock photograph

A screen recording on a demo database, with invented company names, answers the question the brochure cannot.

  • One careless screenshot shows a customer's ledgers

Party names, rates and credit limits leak that way, and a prospect who spots it wonders what you will show of theirs.

What we do

What we deliver for ERP software providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. The company page and the founder's profile working together

A page that says which trades you implement for and a founder profile that posts, since buyers follow a person more readily than a logo.

Result: The check between demos finds a firm that is clearly active.

  2. A clip routine built from real screens on dummy data

Short recordings of a reconciliation, a stock report or an e-invoice, recorded on a demo company with invented names and kept under a minute.

Result: The accounts head sees the report they worry about.

  3. Go-live posts published with written permission

A short post when a plant goes live, naming the customer only after they have agreed in writing, with the trade and the modules described plainly.

Result: Your record builds in public, one project at a time.

  4. A written rule on what may appear on screen

One page for your team listing what must never be shown, from party ledgers and rates to employee salary data, with the demo database to use instead.

Result: Nobody has to guess before posting a screenshot.

  5. Presence in the groups your buyers already sit in

The CA association and trade body groups on WhatsApp and LinkedIn, joined properly, with useful answers rather than forwarded brochures.

Result: The accountant who gets asked about ERP has seen you answer questions.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

  5. 5

    Renew and grow

Renewal reviews, module upgrades and a reference programme with your happiest customers.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is Instagram worth anything for an ERP firm?
Rarely for the sale. It helps with hiring implementation staff, which is its own problem, so keep it light and let LinkedIn carry the buyers.
Can we name customers in posts?
With their written permission, and many manufacturers will say yes once they are live and stable. Without it, describe the trade and the problem instead.
How do we win over the accountant in an ERP deal?
Give them their own demo. Show closing entries, GST returns, reconciliation and the reports they prepare for the CA, and invite their questions early instead of presenting only to the owner.
Should we charge for customised demos?
Offer a standard demo free and charge for a process study with a customised demo. Adjust that fee against the implementation if they sign. It protects presales time and filters out comparison shoppers.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
